In Orange County for a few months for work, live in Florida. Wanted a gym, no contract, no hassles, no credit card to suck out of your account once you stop using. Girl (sorry, dont remember her unusual name, but owner I think) gave me a deal to workout for a few months. Great gym, never crowded, always clean, mirrored aerobics, free weights, machines and many treadmills and climbers. open 24 hours, get a key to get in, good music, not blaring, place to keep your stuff. Not much to complain about. Got serious lifters to weekend treadmillers in there, so anyone can fit in. Recommend for someone like me, getting back into it, or anyone. And the owners are usually there keeping it very clean. Enthusiastic 2 thumbs up!

I went in during staff hours to inquire about a membership. The gentleman that was working there was extremely unhelpful.The facility looks like it would be good, but because of this gentleman Im not even going to try it. It would have been convenient and I like to support smaller sized entrepreneurs. I highly suggest the owner think about who they are putting as the face of their business. Of course, I walked in and interrupted him eating his fast food breakfast sandwich and fried hashbrowns that was filling up the gym with the aroma of a fast food breakfast.

It was family owned and operated as if everyone was part of a big fitness family. I injured my ankle and gained a lot of weight do to lack of exercise. I was pushing 225 and needed to reverse it quick. In a week I could barely walk because of the elliptical machines. I started working out about every other day but soon started daily routines for 65 minutes plus my other machine and weight workouts. Im 30 pounds lighter and much stronger. Great gym! Always clean, everyone from staff to members are great.. they have it all from cardio to Olympic lifting. 24hr access is a plus. Wade is the best personal trainer around. He helped me achieve goals I never thought possible. I am happy to have found the perfect gym. And if you join you will be too.

In town for week. Home AF is in Wilsonville OR. Great location. Tylar (Owner) very pleasant and professional. More than enough equipment and space to get my normal workout in. This will be my gym whenever Im in the OC area.

Transients at night make it unsafe even if you tell staff. Employee has problems with females who work out and arbitrarily call police that she "couldnt have a conversation." $45.99 hard earnt money can go elsewhere.

Staff takes a 2-hour lunch break from 1-3. I tried to call in for questions on amenities, but looks like Ill go to Chuze down the street.
