I have been practised Dahn Yoga for about 10 years now and had great benefit from it with health and happiness. This exercise gives you not only physical health but also mental health too. I am so glad to get to know Dahn yoga for my life and enjoy my life moment to moment with full of energy. This Yoga is very different with other ordinary yoga. Dahn represent energy, which give you connection with mind and body. My whole family enjoy this and even my little children too. I usually call my daughter, Dahn baby!! She loves it.
