I stumbled across this gem today. The owners were very nice, and seem to be very passionate about yoga. They offer a great introductory offer $30 for 30 days. It was an easy and pain free choice to give this studio a shot! I live in Long Beach and this place is very convenient just a hop skip and a jump over the bridge from Seal Beach to Sunset. Studio seems very clean and by the vibe I got from the owners I am sure the instructors are amazing. I cannot wait to try my first class!!!

Studio not only offers the best of hot flow yoga, sup yoga, and kids yoga. It is in a super cool location by the harbor Clean, beautiful and friendly front desk people. You have to see it, I dont think I can go anywhere else from now on.

Britts Glow Hot Flow class was the perfect combo of fun and challenging, and she kept me on my toes...literally ;-) The studio is absolutely beautiful and so Zen! I cant wait to try the paddle board yoga class!!!!
