Came here for about 7years after about the first 5 years I started receiving letters saying I would have to pay more nothing to drastic went from $25 to $29 thought nothing of it since I was just paying for myself but I kept receiving these letters and eventually I was paying $40 a month for myself, and now I was getting charged for someone else on my account so $50 I went and tried getting the problem fixed we removed the the other person who got added without my consent, and deliberately fought to get a refund since I had no idea who the other person was, in the end I cancelled my membership as the representative was not helpful and my previous $29 I was paying monthly was now $40 saying it was a new policy so I just cancelled instead, great place to work out terrible customer service if their solution was better to watch a 7 yr goer just leave out the door after mixups on their behalf P.s. I was only a member to that gym I was not paying to go to any other 24hr fitness so that gym was a home away from home

Weight Lifters Beware: I went to this gym because I was meeting someone for dinner afterwards and it was on the way. You walk in and there are tons of treadmills. I walked to the left and passed the treadmills and came into this very small area shaped like a rectangle with a decent amount of nautilus machines. I went back to the front to ask where the bench press was for free weight bench press. I was shocked when the guy said they only had one. The 24 I go to in South Orange County is smaller and has 3 or 4 bench presses. Bottom line, this place is 75% cardio, 20% nautilus, and 5% free weights (if that). The machines are always taken and I had to wait. Keep in mind this was 3:20PM on a Tuesday. I cant imagine what it would be like at 5PM after everyone was getting off work and getting to the gym. I never have to wait at my 24 hour fitness and mine is an active too. I will never go here again even if I have to miss a day of working out...

He ido a varios gimnasios y este es el que está menos sucio ahí otros que realmente están asquerosos como el de fullerton y buena park esos si son un asco los baños yo prefiero mil veces este siempre ahí máquinas disponibles mas cómodas y no me a tocado que rechinen estoy a gusto en este gym

The managers and staff always provided me with exceptional service! I went to the branch in June to freeze my account due to military training and noticed that there were technical difficulties that morning. 4 months later, I realized that I was still getting charged. Skeptical about getting my refund, I called and Amy (Manager) took care of me. She didnt hastle me or ask a million questions, she just said have a safe deployment and expect a full 4 months refund in a couple of days. My total experience with this branch is worth 10 stars.

Its an ok gym, its one of 24hrs smaller gym, so it has the essentials for fitness and not much else. This used to be great, new machines, etc. But the upkeep hasnt been what it needs to be, and some of the trainers a bit too aggressive with the upsell so Ive started to put my headphones on BEFORE walking in so im not accosted with sales pitches. Would I sign up today to use this gym? No, not until they start being more diligent about the equipment maintenance.

Mgmt is great and helpful. However, the jacuzzi area is nasty. I travel and visit a lot of 24hr. The jacuzzi area is the worst Ive ever seen. The locker and shower is not much better. I was afraid I might catch something. The place needs a serious remodel or should be razed.

Worst 24 I ever visited. Never again. Crowded with no gym etiquette by the majority of users. During my entire workout one guy sat on the same hammer strength machine the entire time. There is not enough equipment. Only one flat bench and no decline bench that I could find.

Its Westminster so what do you expect... First off the staff is great. Very helpful and friendly. The gym is a small size. The hot tub is pretty gross though. and the locker rooms are in descent condition.

Most of the treadmills are broken. The bathrooms are dirty. This company charges a lot for how little they do. Should be $5 a month for how poorly the facility is kept. Find another gym.

I like this gym, most of the time the people are in n out , so there are always machines available. Not to mention my fave trainer Daniel, good workouts and fun!!

Decent equipment, fairly crowded all the time, floors and Bathrooms are always dirty. The showers are usually out of soap

If you are looking for a short-term gym. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE! Lots of fees and add on items (NOT EXPLAINED UPFRONT).
