In regards to the club itself, it is a bit aged, but they have a fairly diverse set of equipment and machines. You can definitely find something new to keep your workouts fresh here. The staff always says hello and have a nice day... Thats about all the good. The club is PACKED all the time (I worked out at 5:30am when most clubs are empty and still had to navigate through all the people). No one wipes down their equipment or puts anything away so all of the machines are loaded with plates. And one squat rack? Come on! Also, signing up and cancelling were a bit of a fiasco. I was only in town for 6 weeks and I was required to sign up for a minimum of two months (they take first and last month at sign up) and couldnt have my membership just expire at the end of the two months, it went on to an auto-renewing month to month membership. The gal that signed me up offered to give me a call before my membership dinged me for a 3rd month I wouldnt be present for then called me 3 days after the payment would have posted (luckily I had already cancelled). The first day I went in to cancel, the manager informed me he couldnt leave the front desk and I would have to come back another day to do it. When I went in the 2nd day, there was no manager present at all. I elected for their cancellation hotline, which wasnt too bad aside from being on hold for 15 minutes, but got it taken care of. Just tell them youre moving to France and they wont have much of an answer for why you shouldnt cancel. Next time Im in town Ill probably try a competitor. Its a shame because its really convenient to the hotel I always stay at.

Horrible staff, never welcomes anyone who walks in and just seems uninterested in helping you. Also, when I confronted a staff member regarding a free pass ticket that my friend gave to me, he said I needed a parent with me because I was 17, in which I brought my sister who is 26. I have no parents left that can come in to check me in, theyve both passed away, but I didnt tell him because one of the staff members said, "If I let you in, Ill get fired." If youre a worker you know you should never use that card to reinforce the rules of the organization you work for because it just comes off as rude and just being a dick. The poor guy didnt even say sorry that he couldnt let me in, in fact he was pretty happy that I couldnt go in so I just walked out the door. Please never go here if you seek a friendly staff.

Great gym. Patrons are friendly and staff are willing to help when need be. Equipment isnt as old as people say it is, but compared to what is out now I suppose theyre aged. It is all about how you can push yourself with the equipment given to you. Just because its old doesnt mean youre going to get a bad workout. No complaints on the equipment or weights. They have everything I need for lifting, but the only thing is that the dumbells go up to only 120 lbs. Nothing more. People have complained that there are too many old people or not enough "women". Honestly, if thats what youre complaining about, then you shouldnt be going to a gym at all. It also doesnt smell like old people, since someone actually told me. It actually smells worse at the Walnut location, if were here to compare smells.

This gym is one of the worse in customer service! This happened 2 weeks ago. I got my 24 pass from Costco for the past 4 years and I didnt know mine had expired and the store manager right out lied that I cant buy from Costco anymore and tried to sell me their special package! Another episode today that was rude that Ive decided to write this review! I signed in first and then I forgot something in the car and when I came back in the person in the front, tony, raised his voice and yelled at me and said the exact words " I need you to sign in again!!" I did and told him that I can but he can be nice about it!!! I dont know where they r hiring these low class rude people to serve their customers! Hope they train their employees on common courtesy!

This 24 Hour Fitness is just fine for a quick workout when you do not have enough time. The staff at the front desk are not friendly and do not welcome you. Also the locker and shower room are nasty. Shower curtains dont close!!! But I give this 24 hour fitness a star for being less crowded than other 24s.(You dont need to wait for using the machines like you do at other gyms) Also, parking situation is perfect! They have less cars and more spaces. Ps. If you are the person whom loves to sit in the sauna after a workout, this gym is absolutely not for you. Because their sauna is very small (4 people max). If you want a quick workout, come to this 24 hour fitness. All other things, go somewhere else.

Like: big pool, separate steam and sauna rooms man/woman, cardio equipment, basketball court. Staff is mostly nice and cheerful!!! DO NOT LIKE: steam room needs upkeep( tile is chipping, no light at all, smells), showers in ladies section ( the water stays in 3 shower stalls, your feet are in water while you are taking shower, was reported many times) , restrooms need attention( one, the same one has been closed for at least second week, seems its connected to the shower stalls that are plugged), the rules are posted but not followed by members, common sense not to pee or shave in steam room)... Think its enough... What did I forget???

I tried out the 3 day pass. The first day I attended I spoke to two different sales reps, I advised them both I would like to try out and explore the gym and make my decisions after. They both cleared me and said I was good to go. The third day I atttended the gym I asked the receptionist for the protocol of signing in, and the receptionist asked for my guest print out and ID i advised her I had no guest printed out for me when I signed up nor was I told to bring an ID. The receptionist made me go back home for an id, I came back and she did not bother even glance at it!

I came in to use the bathroom. When I went in, all but one of the toilets werent flushed and full of crap. The handicapped stall was the only one not filled with crap, but there were a bunch of toilet seat covers and used toilet paper with stains underneath the back of the toilet. What made this worse is that this is the only bathroom in the two story facility. If this was my home 24 fitness then I would be super pissed. I understand you do not go to a gym to use bathroom, but if you are paying for a membership, then everything in the place should be clean.
