Our crappy rented RV broke down and he was the 4th person I called and the only person willing to help out on a pinch. It was 99 degrees and he spent 3 hours working in the extreme heat to replace the alternator and have her back on the road. When I picked up the RV he was soaked from head to his waist in perspiration and looked visibley dizzy. It was a herculean job and my deepest thanks to Mario. Job well done!
