I brought my car here to get the CV joint replaced in my Subaru. I must share my awesome experience. When I first called I was greeted by Rick, who was very friendly and professional. I made an appointment to bring my car in the next day. I was quoted a very reasonable price for the work. I had great customer service from Rick. He called and asked about replacing a failing piece associated with the original repair and quoted me an updated price that only added the other part. When I came to get my car I wasnt surprised by a higher bill. It was actually what I was quoted. They fixed my car right! And I didnt feel like I got ripped off! I will be taking my cars here from now on. All around GREAT customer service!

Took my car back to Avery Automotive a week ago with a oil leak problem. They had done a tremendous amount of work on it a few months back and thought it was something they had missed. the checked it out and was a very small problem concerning a rubber seal on the oil fill cap and put a new one on it. No cost to me. I give the guys a great kudos on the work they do there. Thanks Tim

Stopped off at this place and my wife and myself went in to put a credit app to find out we were declined and the salesman Robbie didnt call to let us know that we were declined and that I had to find out myself. You would think that the salesman would call us and not for me to find out myself. Bad Service on his part. Will never use them again. I will shop elsewhere.
