I have had three different cars serviced by Wagley Creek. Jeff, Amy and Ryan are dedicated to providing quality service but more importantly; in a world where honesty, honor and integrity are waning, the Wagley Creek people are committed to being honest and forthright with their customers. They will tell you ahead of time what service your vehicle requires and they will rate those needs by degrees of urgency and severity. They do not look for things to fix or even try to "fix" things that dont need "fixing". They make customer service priority one and will do all that they can to ensure that you dont spend any more than you need to for your vehicle to be safe and in good working order. They will make suggestions for future service but the decision is always yours before you pay a dime.

Started going to them when they said that, while they would be happy to do it , the car brought in wasnt worth the cost of repairs. They felt the car would just be a money pit, and we might do better to replace it. Ive never seen a mechanic turn down work that could easily have been a $500-$1000 repair every few weeks as the car broke down. Theyre always up front, down to earth, easy to understand, and so friendly. Estimates give you the low to high ranges, and Ryan is usually accurate about where he thinks the cost will actually be. No matter what, we have never gone to pick up a car, and been slapped with a bill higher than the estimate. Real small town service.

We have a classic Cadillac which was diagnosed as needing head gaskets. Estimates ranged from $3,000 to $10,000. We were making arrangements to truck our baby to Eugene, OR for repairs. Decided to drop by Wagley for a second opinion based on recommendations from two neighbors. Jeff said "your problem is a cracked radiator, theres nothing wrong with the engine." So $902 later, a new radiator, some struts and other parts, we got our baby back riding like new money again. That says a lot for a car with 226,000 miles on it. I can not say enough about their knowledge and level of service.

Really nice place. I was hiking at Wallace Falls and backed up over a concrete parking curb and nearly popped off my front bumper. I showed up at Wagley Creek ten minutes before they closed and they were able to give me a temporary fix for free so I could get back to Seattle. Really awesome service, and super nice.

I could not recommend them enough. Communication went above and beyond! Great customer service! I was quoted a price and even though the job took significantly more time and labor than expected, they stuck with the quoted price. Ryan and Chris are great!!

On a cross state trip to Bellingham, my trucks serpentine belt flew off. After they drove and met me outside of town, they assessed the damage they had me a new alternator and back on the road inside three hours. A clean shop with really nice staff.

By far the best Auto repair in the Valley. Weve been taking our vehicles there ever since my Grandparents had to close up their auto shop about 8 years ago. Wouldnt trust anyone else with our vehicles but these guys.

I was a walk-in for service on my car during a roadtrip and the staff was wonderfully welcoming and fixed the issue in maybe 15 mintues at a stellar price. Great experience, would definitely recommend!
