My father has always told me, "son, when you find an honest and most importantly one who knows what he is doing, keep him for life". Well Union Auto Care and Norman are that and some. He has fixed my 95 Mitsubishi Eclipse twice, from a non-work state. And in the process has saved me money. In both instances he gave me advice in a do-it-yourself job. First time it did not work and then he fixed the problem. Second time (and most recently) it worked!! He did not charge me for the advice and saved me at least $100 if I had the same job done by any machanic. I feel in debt to Norman for being so nice and considerate and yet be a profeccional mechanic who knows what he is doing! Im going to recommend him to the people that I care about!

I dropped by and asked about getting an oil change and tire rotation for my 2007 Prius (105k mile). Norman asked how I found his shop and as soon as I said Yelp, he gave me a 10% discount, so my total was about $30. 45min later, I was done and out. Am sure I could have gone to a Jiffy Lube but I liked how positive his Yelp reviews were.

This is a small place but the people here are really nice. After changing my motor oil, the worker noticed I had a sunshade and put it on for my car. This is really nice during summer. In addition, they give Xilinx employee 10% discount.
