After I replaced my coolant reservoir tank, my cooling system was still leaking anti-freeze, so I took the car here and got a coolant system test. Turned out I had a bad radiator cap, all fixed. Fast forward two weeks, my car is still leaking anti-freeze, so I take it back in wondering why the heck they didnt catch that the upper hose was leaking after doing a pressure test. They replace the hose, all fixed. Fast forward another two weeks, car is still leaking damn radiator fluid, so I take it back. Thermometer gasket is leaking. What the heck... These should have been caught the first visit during the coolant systems check. Wasted the better part of two days, and additional money on labor to get the thing "fixed." If I leave another review, it will be in two weeks time.

A smog check should not take an hour. Came here hoping I would be done within 20-30 minutes, as with any normal smog station. I came in around noon, and there was nobody else in front of me. The guy smogging my car let the car idle for about 30 minutes without touching it, while walking around + talking on his phone and pretending to look in the engine bay and under the car (For no apparent reason). The rest of the workers were in the back of the shop on their phones as well. As someone who works on cars, I can tell you that these guys have no idea what theyre doing. Theyre also not the cheapest place in town, so I would advise you to give a more helpful and customer-oriented smog check station your business.

DO NOT let the name of this place fool you. I brought my car in to get smogged. These circus clowns couldnt get out of their own way, trying to move my car, stalling it twice, trying to move it again, stalling it, opening the rear hatch (where the engine is) then attempting to move the car with the hatch wide open (seriously, wtf), all the while taking an absurd 45 minutes to do something that should take 15-20. I wouldnt trust these guys to change an air filter in a 1995 Kia, let alone touch any of my cars again. Amateur hour here folks, move on.

Battery light came on twice in my Honda Pilot and after a bit of testing I figured out it was the alternator. I went to a nearby mechanic and he quoted me between $600-$700. Took it to Quality Care and they quoted me $450 plus tax including parts. Not only that, they told me to leave the car and they would have it done by closing time (it was already 2pm). I left the car and they called me at 5pm on the dot telling me the car was done and the total was $478. I am very happy with the work they did and the price as well.

My wife and two daughters (3 yrs, 21 mos.) were just out driving in the area when the rear tire of the car went flat. She pulled into the shop, and the guys there dropped everything to help. They even helped get the kids out of the car while they went to work putting on the spare. As great as that was, they didnt even charge her anything. In this day and age, I think thats quite remarkable. Do me a favor and give these guys some business.

This place ripped me off the said I needed a radiator without doing any test. The car was still running hot so I took it back and they said they tested it and there was nothing wrong with it. My car then overheated and I took it to another shop and they said it was just a thermostat.I spent $1,000 between the two shop for a $40 part . Dont trust them they lie.

Paid to get brakes done. Paid >$500 for brakes and rotors and theyve failed within 12k miles for a guy who drives very conservatively. They are not being helpful to resolve so moving on. Cant recommend at all. *Update: place I went to get my brakes now fully fixed noticed my brakes were broken and that I was lucky.

These team is excellent. After the Honda dealer charged me $2k for oil change and tune up for my Honda Pilot, I went to Quality and ended up paying $300 for the same job. I have been taking my cars to these guys and never complained. Great job folks, Im a satisfied customer.

Scum. They say your catalytic is bad, and I replaced on different place paid 320$. Guess what, when I brought car again to pass check, they said it is not problem but something else. Angry as hell. Dont trust them
