My boyfriend and I went yesterday to ask about patching up two left tires on the drivers side because they had a nail in each tire. We were told that it would only take one hour so after an hour we went back and we were told that they werent able to and they messed up so they were going to try again. we waited an extra 2-3 hours only for them to tell us that they werent able to do it. We were told word by word, "Were sorry your car is so diffucult" translation.... (ya know). I was really annoyed by this time and we waited even more. I felt like they never even come out into the waiting room to let the customers even know whats going on. We waited about 4 hours total and the GARY guy didnt even seem to care at all. the only thing he said was "You have to come back tomorrow because we had to order the patches from goodyear across the street" Y DIDNT U JUST TELL US TO GO TO GOODYEAR WHEN WE GOT THERE DOUCHE! At the moment my bf is sitting at sears because no other place is open on sundays and they told him he wouldnt have to pay. he has been there since 12 and it is now 2:45pm..... and they still havent finished!!!!! he texted me telling me how some of the workers were messing around with other peoples cars and trying to drift them....

November 23 2003 Ok So I brought my 2003 Kia mini van in with a loud howling noise in the front end . I was assisted by a service writer named Gary. I either had enough money to replace all 4 tires or replace the wheel bearings dependent on which it was. It turned out to be the front wheel bearing on both sides . I got there at 3:42 and was out of there by 8:00 Pretty quick service for not having an appointment . Service writer was professional , Mechanic was professional Im sold on the blue teams ability to deliver complete and professional service on all levels :):)

My wife went to get an oil change because we had a coupon. After waiting in line for 10 min the store associate let the next lady in line behind my wife "ask a question," which turned out being a lengthy return. My wife then asked how long until she would be helped and they said another 15 minutes. Ive walked by the auto section a few times and its like a ghost town with disorganized shelves and rarely anyone there. I should probably feel lucky that we didnt get any work done because Id be questioning whether it was actually done correctly or not.

These guys are going through some personnel problem right now, but the price of the tires was too much to pass up. Saved $200 on a set of 4, plus I got a $50 rebate. Pretty good. The bad: they NEVER answer their phone (short handed). But got the tires installed (with an online appt, only way to go) and they texted me when the car was done. No need to call back and all that. I like that system. Dropped it off at 9 am, and it was done at 10:30 am. Works for me.

Needed tires for my Sears Craftsman Riding Lawn Tractor. Called three times to the Tire Dept, no answer. Finally decided, since they sold them there, they would have tires. I drove down to the Tire Center and they said no,they only carry auto tires. They said I should go to the mower dept to see if they knew anything. Waited 5 minutes in the mower dept, no service person to be found. I give up on Sears.

Ive been coming here for years. Great place for a good value on scheduled maintenance and minor repairs. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait. I recommended getting there when they open or calling ahead to check wait time. Also, I do a lot of traveling and use Sears on the road too. Most areas have a Sears and they can easily look up your records from all locations.

Waited 20 minutes to drop off, 2 hours for an oil change, and 45 minutes to pick up my car! Pick up was just me waiting at the front desk with a line of other people waiting for someone to run my card. The only person at the front desk was looking for a tire in the back instead of ringing up a line of irritated customers. Awful customer service.

I took my car in to do an alignment and when they took my car of the rack, one of their employees smashed my door in.oh and the manager on duty that night was trying not to get the insurance companys involved and the employee who did this went on break after the fact.what jerks.

Not good. Went in at 9am. Mgr behind counter and what I thought was a customer engaged in small talk for about 20 minutes...never looked my way once to ask what I needed. I finally left. Bad customer experience.

Dont go there with a flat tire. They will make you wait behind all the major repairs. Where is a Les Schwab Tires when you need them.
