DO NOT go to these guys, despite all of the good reviews they have gotten, those reviews were ones on small and inexpensive work such as oil changes and such. If you take your car for a big project, these guys will screw u in the worst possible way. These are types of people that will smile in your face and play the act while they have a hand in your back pocket. I took my car to simply get them to fix a sensor which was keeping it from passing smog. They charged me 1600 dollars, however, when I got it back it still didnt pass smog. So then they rold me they would need another 1800 dollars to do the job and again I trusted them and paid, plus they assured me it would pass this time....oh, and they charged me ANOTHER 150 dollars for a second diagnostic. ...why in the heck would they need to do another diagnostic. So came the time to get my car and they told me to first drive it a hundred miles and then take it to get smogged. So I drove a hundred miles......but before I could even reach 100 miles the check engine came one!!!!!!. So they say bring it back in and we will take a look. Sure enough they need to do MORE WORK!!!!....WHAT!? Not only that, but this time it would cost me another 2200 dollars!!!!!. These guys are straight crooks....DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!. I have already made a court date and taking them through the court system to get back what is rightfully mine. These guys do not belong running a business and milking people for every cent one has. BEWARE OF B&C AUTO!!!!!

Since 2012 Ive trusted my vehicle with B&C Auto Center. I thought about why I initially went to them and the reasons Ive continued relying upon their automotive expertise. Honest, friendly, fair, & responsive. I typically get a reminder call/ email about an appointment I have coming up well in advance. If I need to speak to someone, I know I can always contact them during business hours and will get a prompt response. When Ive got an issue with my vehicle, theyll explain what the issue is, the possible causes, and how to treat it. Ive had work done that was still under their warranty, and they made sure to stand by their warranty and take of it, even though it may have been a part-issue more than a service issue. In addition to the vehicles they service, they care about the folks behind the wheels of those vehicles. You can tell from the 600+ positive reviews theyve acquired. Ive had the pleasure of getting to know their service staff and mechanics. All great people. Looking for a great Auto Repair Center - I recommend you give B&C Auto Center a call.

Im so grateful to have found the guys at B&C. 1996 Volvo 850 Turbo was having problems, some of which were mysterious in nature, some were just long overdue in taking care of. Steve and Derek were honest from the very beginning, and were very quick to pinpoint the problems and get my car back to me at a cost that was either at or below what they originally estimated. They were also kind enough to loan me a car to use until they finished! These are some of the nicest guys youll find in the industry. It feels great to have found people I can count on to get the job done right, in a timely fashion AND at a great price.

I am so happy to find B&C! Steve and the team are great! I parked my car to close to a cement parking stop, and when I backed out, the stop grabbed the plastic splash shield (which is under the body, beneath the engine and behind the bumper) and pulled out the shield. I went to B&C, and Steve gave me his immediate attention. He figured I didnt need new parts, and he was able to fasten the shield in 10 minutes and saved me new parts. And Steve offered his service for FREE!!! If I were to go to the dealer, it mightve cost me $200 for parts & labor. Im bringing my cars to B&C in the future.

A previous shop left my friends car not running :-( I took my friends car to B&C for a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem quickly and now the car is running great again! The previous shop was treating symptoms, so the problem came back soon after driving it off their lot. However, B&C found the root cause and performed the correct repair. The previous shop had the car for 3 weeks and couldnt fix it properly. B&C had it for less than 2 days and its running perfectly now. Im a happy and loyal customer!

I just came in for a simple oil change, something they did promptly, while I waited. Since I had a discount coupon, it was inexpensive, and never did they pressure me to do other work, thus jacking up my cost. (They did recommend a service on my next visit, which was nice, as it gives me time to consider it and be ready for it, rather than being slammed while I was there expecting the low cost. Hooray for them!) The whole experience was very pleasant, and I will be back for sure.

B&C has done a great job servicing my car. From oil changes to brakes, transmission fluid - all the major and minor services. I can depend on my car because they go the extra mile to maintain rather than fix what is broken. Steve and Derek are very knowledgeable and even got the dealer to do one repair under warranty - even though my car was out of warranty. I am a repeat customer...and I dont even live in their neighborhood - they are worth the drive!

Saved hundreds vs. dealership price. Got a new customer discount too! The staff was professional and friendly. My repair took longer than originally anticipated, but they called well in advance to let me know. Great communication. Ive had to call other places and ask for a status update, but Darren (i think) called to let me know when my truck would be ready. They also warranty their work for 2 years. Looks like I finally found a mechanic.

I have been bringing our cars to B&C for years and really like them. While their location is a bit out of the way, I have always found their service to be excellent and their prices fair. More importantly, they will tell you exactly what is happening with your car on a prioritized basis and outline the options you have so that you can have the primary problems fixed and have the secondary problems addressed later. -Guy

Both Steve and Derrik are always courteous and provide the best service. They advise me on repairs and always check with me to get approvals before any repairs are started. I am kept up to date on the status of the repairs and I have never had to go back for a repeat repair or because "something else" broke after my initial visit. I have been with B&C for over 2 yrs. and will keep going back.
