I called the day before to make an appt to have my trailer wheel bearing greased. Person told me that I didnt need an appt and that they could knock it out shortly after I brought it in anytime the next day. I brought it in at 1030 the next day and was told they would get to it in about 45 minutes. I had taken the day off to do this so I spent three hours running errands and stopped by since I had still not heard from them. They still had not started and I was told it would be done soon. I went home and still did not hear from them by 5pm. I called to see if they were still open and was told it would be done soon. I got a call back 5 minutes later and was told one of the brake shoes looked bad and they would do the brakes as well for another $280 if I could leave it until the next day. I am not sure why it would be so much since they already had the brake drum off to do the bearings so I told them no. I then got a call back at 630 and was told it was done. I told the manager about this and he apologized and said it got lost in the shuffle. He did not offer me anything in return. I was originally told it would be a couple hours and it turned into a whole waste of a day. Also since it was dark when it was done I was unable to park it down my dark driveway and had to park it on the street until the next day. And since I didnt want to spend an extra $300 for brakes I will be doing them myself and might as well have done the bearings too since I already would have been in there. I have avoided Les Schwab in the past due to the high prices and lack of customer service and this just confirmed my belief. So basically I just wasted money and a whole day on getting this work done.

Was in a bind, my son tried to fix his brakes on his own while away at college(trying to save mom and dad some money), didnt work so well, need help asap, Its Saturday and he needs his car Monday for school and ROTC, i remember seeing commercial on how friendly and fast Les Schwab is, I called them ASAP, informed them of my situation, and they said bring it in we will do the best we can, mind you this was only front brakes being replaced. I received a quote and trusted my son would be taken care of, mom and dad are 900 miles away, feeling a little anxious. So now its Monday 5 oclock, car is just now done, was told we would have car back first thing in the morning on Monday , son missed class and ROTC and we were billed 150.00 more than quoted (front brakes) seems a little steep, no help from anyone there to adjust bill in any way knowing they have room.... we all know there is a mark up and thats how you make your money but when you have made Momma Bear mad one would think this would be the time to do it. Sad, just very sad

Uniformed: I had Covington do a brake inspection on my vehicle not only did it take them three hours to get to my car and inspect it, they put it back together wrong and miss-informed me of the condition my brakes were in. I was told that I had another 3,000.00 miles on my car and to replace a 6- month old tire that I had just purchased at the Renton location. When I took my car to my trusted mechanic he told me that it was good that I got in there when I did because I needed new roders, pads, the works on all the brakes. He also stated that L.S. re-assembled them wrong and that if I had kept drive on it that way I could have had some major repairs coming my way. Covington buyers go else where like Renton or Enumclaw.

Was pretty disappointed with how easily they gave up trying to seat the bead on a stubborn low profile tire & 20" wheel that i brought in to the Maple Valley AND Covington les schwabs & they werent able to do anything. Neither les schwab tried for longer than 2 minutes & both sent me away without any hope of having it aired up, which didnt seem to bother them one bit. Thats all it needed, nothing too complicated, brand new tire, matching size rim. I understand it can be a pain to do, but it took Discount Tire in Kent 5 minutes to seat it, finally thanks to them I can drive my car again!

I have gone to Les Schwab many times and they always are very friendly and helpful. Every time I have a question theyre able to answer and they are always honest with me. There is a TV there and popcorn and chairs that are very comfortable. They make sure that if you need anything they are able to answer you and answer you thoroughly. They always let me know what else they find wrong with the car and tell me that it needs to be fixed and an honest amount of time not always saying immediately. I highly recommend this Les Schwab they do a great job and have great mechanics.

Really awesome people! Our tire blew out at 7:30 am on a Monday morning on Hwy 18 while we were travelling from Seattle to Idaho. We had the whole family in the car, anxious to get back home after a long weekend at Seattle Hempfest. Someone answered immediately when we called, even before business hours, and once they arrived to get the wheel to take to the shop, it was fixed and we were on the road again within an hour. Even with the Les Schwab truck breaking down en route back to the shop. Very courteous, professional and diligent. Thanks Les Schwab!

I had my flat tire replaced at Les Schwab in Covington without the charge for new one (under warranty) but was charged with wheel spin balance. After it was done; I drove 20m to work but the car was shaking so bad when the speed reached 50. I have my car checked at another Les Schwab store in Enumclaw which has been the one I used the most with great services. The technician told me that my new replaced tire was way out of balance. After it was fixed; the car has been working fine. Covington branch customers - be aware..

Vincente from LS came to put air in my tire and when that didnt work because the hole was too big, he helped me find my spare which was cleverly hidden in my new vehicle. I am broke til later this week and he stayed with me to ensure I had a safe tire to get home... Not Les schwab tires currently however when payday comes I will be back to get a full set from this location.. Very kind.

Yesterday while leaving work, I realized that someone had placed a nail under my tire resulting in my tire going flat. I called Les Schwab and talked to John. Even though they closed at 5 (I left work at 4:30), he stayed open so that I can get my tire fixed. He was very wonderful and got my car back on the road. So thanks John and the wonderful staff at Les Schwab.
