Well called on the phone with a power steering pump issue and I wanted it to be replaced. I also wanted a separate estimate for the timing belt. I never received a call back I called in the morning and waited till after 2pm then went in. I was greeted by a woman in an evening dress? She didnt have ethier estimate and gave me some excuse as if she misunderstood me. So I had to tell her everything again and then I was told there is a 90$ inspection fee. For what they are replacing a power steering pump that is next to the belt the would be replacing. She then told me it my be waived depending on the work done. I said so waive it now and Ill do both I see no reason to pay $90 extra on a job that was going to cost me over $1200. She said she would not be able to until the work is done... OK I walked out... Yo auto mechanics the $90 inspection fee is not a fishing hook stop using it as one. Sad scam!

I highly recommend Precision Auto Care. I have been to Precision Auto twice, both time related to the air conditioning on my Sequoia. On the first visit they inspected the system and refilled it with colored freon (or whatever coolant is used these days). They did the work on time and for a very fair price. From the scheduling the appointment to driving off, they were professional and friendly. My second visit was handled the same way. On top of that, they reinspected it and refilled it - and did it at no charge. Im new to Woodland and this was my first need for auto mechanical care. I have found my new auto repair facility. Its Precision Auto Care. Highly recommended.

Holly Shugart thank you so much for your review on precision auto. We also live in eugene oregon, and like you my alternator went out and had to get towed to precision auto. They got us in directly and we used AAA, which saved us some moolah. So because of your great review I chose precision auto and Carlos to do work on my car. They are everything you said and more. Big shout out to Carlos and his family at precision auto for putting us on the road again. 5 stars ,10 thumbs. We were traveling back to Eugene Oregon from Anaheim when the alternator went out on our car. We were able to make it to Woodland to stay the night. We called Precision first thing on a Friday morning hoping to get the car in so we could get back on the road as soon as possible. They squeezed us in first thing and did a great job fixing the car for a fair price. They even asked us if we had AAA so they could give us a discount. (We did and they were amazing too. But thats another review.) We definitely would recommend Precision in a heartbeat! Big shout out to Precision and especially Carlos! Thank you!!!

We broke down on our way from Southern Oregon to SOCAL at the local Pilot. We looked up auto places and called Precision Auto. They gave us a quote, and told us to bring it in. They fit us into their busy schedule and got us back on the road in half of the flag time to fix the water pump! They even called us the next day to ask us if we made it to our destination safely. One of the best places Ive ever been to with amazing customer service!

Took my car for a camshaft sensor problem,but they assume that I was there for a transmission problem which I wasnt,long story short they ended up blowing up my engine while test driving it,they wanted to charge me $5,000-$7,000 to fix it,which I thought it was really unprofessional and not fair at all from their part now I have a broken car thanks to them,"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE"!!

Called to ask a question after hours, was to wait on hold.......never heard back again. Rudeness over the phone even after business hours is still unprofessional. Can business owners tell there customer service personnel how to speak to a potential money paying customer, "Im sorry but we are closed. We open for business at ..am. Thank you for calling." Nope!

I have been taking my car to Precision Auto since 1996. Carlos and his staff keeps all my cars running. It is 2017 and I have a 1997 Acura with 40,000 miles and a 2006 Honda with 240,000 miles on them (I primarily drive the Honda). I trust their recommendations on what needs to be done to keep the cars running.

Carlos is a great mechanic and Precision Auto Care is the very best shop Ive found in Woodland. Precision is my go to shop for my Ford F250 diesel pickup. They also helped bring my Dads old 87 Ford Econoline Van back to life. No easy feat, but Carlos did it.

Our car broke down on I5. The AAA tow truck took us to Precision since they are a AAA approved shop. They repaired our car while we waited and charged us a super good price. We were back on the road in no time. Thanks Mike & Stephanie
