These guys are crooks, would highly suggest going somewhere else. I called them one day asking if I can bring my own tires for them to put on and align and they said yes, so I did. The day I planned on going in I called to verify they can do it, Assistant Manager "Randy" told me to bring them in No Problem but when I got there the Manger refused to "put tires on from a competitor" even though the Assistance Manager was right there and told me otherwise on the phone. Plus I wanted to pay them for alignment. They made a mistake over the phone and I took a hit for it and had to find somewhere else... they were still going to make money but refused to help.

I came here twice, the first time i came i waited for so long, and they left oil stains in mu car did not clean it off and just threw my spare tire in my trunk like it was nothing didnt bother to place it back like it was, the 2nd time i came i waited a long time again! Just so they can tell me they couldnt fix my tire and that i would need a new one and that they didnt have used ones, thier prices are super high, im never coming here again!

Such a scam. Needed new struts because my springs were shot, they only changed out the strut tower and left the crappy springs. Which means more labor, instead of changing out the whole assembly which is less work. The struts were only 40 each but because they did it the harder way it was 700 for everything, my springs are still shot. Thanks for not fixing anything.

The service really sucks here. They are supposed to be a service center, but they apparently dont do service calls on closed streets during events because they might have to move a little barrier. I have used Les Schwab for many years and usually end up asking myself why. Cmon Schwab, try and measure up to your commercials instead of being so problematic.

I buy all my tires at schwabs. Just bkught new tires for my xamry 4 months ago traded that car in an biught a new car that had schwab tires on it. Went to get them rotated an they wamted to charge me 75 bucks bacause i disnt buy those. Like i should throw out my good tires an buy new ones just so i can get a free Balance an rotate. Save your money!

Very good service! I dropped off a loose flat tire knowing they could not fix it. Just hoping. I bought a great set of tires and a 4 wheel alignment. The only reason I am leaving 3 stars instead of 5 is the tech left greasy marks all over my wheels that where very hard to clean off. I take great pride in my car. I was a little upset!

My brakes locked up on me so i took my honda civic to Les Schwab and they said there was oil in my brake fluid which ment an 1800$ fix. I got a second opinion from a different auto shop to find out there was no oil in my brake line. They installed new calipers, brake pads and rotors for $650. never going back to les schwab!!!!!!!

Fast and courteous service fixing my flat tire. Firestone was going to charge me $30 for a flat and made me wait for nothing. No one was doing work in the shop and told me they have 3 cars in front of me. Of course, because they are sitting around chatting with each other. I paid half and at Les with way better service.

Last night my family was on our way to the show where center for the globe trotters, we got a flat tire and of course LITERALLY EVERYTHING in the area was closed.. We was pulling over pumping the tire up with air go Lil more next block pump it AGAIN everything WAS closed NO LUCK and HOME WAS a LONG ways from THERE

I went to get a leaky tire patched and had them lie to my face saying my tire had side wall damage and then lied saying the tires were bald anyway even though the rear are about a year old with 90% tread so after all that they didnt repair the tire and charged me $16.50 to cut a locking lug nut off

Got front alignment done very swifty and professionally. I broke one of the bolt that mount the strut, got it replaced and brought it back in for realignment. It was done swiftly and professionally again as a complimentary service!! I will definitely come back for future businesses with these guys!

Had a nail in the tire and they fixed it fast! The guy was nice and courteous. He ran like in the commercials. I wish I would have got his name. The morale at this Les Schwab is great. This is now going to be the one we go to.

Great service! The young man met me out at my car when I pulled up. They fixed the tire quickly and did not attempt to sell me anything that I did not need. I will be using this Les Schwab again!!!

Had a tire repaired. Quick, courteous and put the repaired tire back on, placed the spare back underneath the truck where it belongs after making sure it was properly inflated as well.

I have never been treated worse. Went in for an alignment told we were next. We brought it in early to. They put another car ahead of us. Their customer service needs some work.

ripoff.. told my dad that the tires were $2,000.. same tires at walmart for $900. Gave him a $2200 quote when i got it done for $900 including everything. Nice try guys
