I have been taking my cars to Shaun now for about ten years and Ive never been disappointed. My work requires that Im away from home for a few days at a time and at times Im not able to help or handle crises that happen at home. Its reassuring to know that whenever there are car issues my wife can call Shaun and get things handled. From getting the car towed and fixed to getting a rental car Shaun has us covered. Now, instead of having to put everything aside at work and try to handle car issues, now I get the phone call after everything has been handled and is getting fixed. Its a huge relief knowing that we have someone so trustworthy in our corner.

Del Mar Car Care has one of the most professional staffs of mechanics and technicians that I have ever had experience with. They know what they are doing. They are thorough and pay close attention to detail. The thing I noticed right off the bat was the cleanliness and orderliness of the working area. There were no tools, spare parts and dirty rags scattered all over the place like you see in some poorly managed garages. They also make the check-in and check-out process easy and enjoyable.

The first time I took my car to Del Mar Car Service it was because my tail light bulbs were burned out. Even without an appointment, they replaced the bulbs immediately, while I waited, at no charge. Ive taken my vehicle there a few times since they and theyre always been straight forward, identifying and repairing the problems quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend the friendly, helpful staff at Del Mar Car Service.

My motorcycle broke down near this shop and the issue was a blown fuse. After speaking with DMCC on the phone I made it to the shop and received excellent customer service. They found a matching fuse and gave it to me free of charge, getting me out of a pinch. I am not sure how else I would have resolved this issue and gotten back on the road so quickly, thank you to the exceptional group at Del Mar Car Care!

Shaun and his team are the best! I have been going to Shaun for years and it is for good reason. He is very honest (rare in the auto industry) and keeps you clearly informed every step of the way. There are never "surprises" when you show up to pick up your auto. The shop is in a great location and the service cant be beat. Fair prices and exceptional service...a great combination!

Found & fixed "squeaking front suspension issue" that could not be determined by previous service at a Porsche repair facility.
