Gary and Sharon have done it again! I have been going to their original shop Aero Auto for almost two decades because of their extraordinary service. They recently bought this shop, which is a little closer to my house, so I took my car in here last time. They have done a lot of work to fix it up so it looks nice inside and out. Its so nice to have an auto repair shop that is clean and professional. Sadly, it is still somewhat difficult to find shops that treat women with respect. But that is definitely not the case here! They have created a friendly, comfortable environment for anyone needing their car repaired. And with the free coffee and WiFi, maybe Ill just hang out next time I need my car fixed!

I took me 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 (131K) in for an oil change. It was at the dealer for 11 days 2 weeks earlier to try to determine what the service light was for. They took it apart and then drove it around for 200 miles and could never figure it out. In reality, my truck was on the verge of a meltdown and several key elements were discovered by Pacific Highway and repaired within 48 hours. Pacific Highway communicated all issues and the pricing was fair (the even helped me with a first-time customer discount which really helped). The administration part was a welcome relief, checking in, keeping me informed and checking out, EXCELLENT. I believe I have found my new mechanic!

Professional, courteous and clean! Thanks to the thoughtful team I had a great experience having a minor issue repaired on my Volvo. They got me right in when I showed up with a check engine light on, diagnosed the problem and had the part in and fixed by the next day! Such a refreshing environment compared to the average auto shop. Clean restroom and lovely outdoor waiting patio! Very centrally located so its freeway close to most San Diego communities! So happy I found them! I know where to go next time and will recommend them to anyone looking for a trust worthy honest place for auto repairs!

Do not have your car repaired here. They quote you many repairs that are not needed and they are high priced. They quoted $1305 to replace the air conditioner compressor and I had it done at Edies Tire for $580. They quoted $75 to replace the two light bulbs for the license plate. I did it for $6 and 3 minutes of time. Overall they quoted $4500 worth of repairs. The car is not worth $4500. Do not bring your car here this is the type of place that give auto repair shops a bad name.

I do most of my auto maintenance myself, but I brought in my car with a problem I couldnt diagnose. They quickly and accurately told me exactly what the issue was and offered a great price to repair it. I thanked them and opted to do the repair myself, but their diagnosis was spot on and my 2005 is back to prime condition. 5 stars for friendliness, honesty and transparency. When I get to something I cant handle, Ill definitely trust these professionals

Each time I go to Pacific Highway Auto Repair Im treated like a VIP. This isnt your regular car repair place, uncomfortable, dingy and dank. Nicole and Chad are very cheerful, professional and the office is clean, comfy and well stocked with snacks, hot coffee, water, sodas and good reading material. Oh, did i mention that your car gets excellent service at a reasonable price? I highly recommend Pacific Highway Auto Repair.

Took vehicle in for oil change and multi-point inspection; for a 13-year old vehicle I expected them to give a ridiculous damage report on something that was worn or had the potential of failing. NOT THE CASE, they stated the vehicle was in excellent condition and there were no issues. VERY HONEST SHOP!
