I drive a 97 Infinity. After reading all the positive reviews, i took my car here. My car is a v8, so i dont drive it much plus its 13 years old. But it drives really well being a high end limousine class luxury car. After i got the Lube&Wash, i drove 9 miles home. When i got out of the car there was steam shooting out and all my radiator fluid was streaming out under the car. I never had a problem before with over heating in that car. I had to write this review to warn people, you hear that sometimes private mechanics mess up your car for more business which i always give them the benefit of doubt, but this is ridiculous... I am 100% sure what they did while changing my oil caused this problem, i called them and told them what happened. But they didnt take liability, that an oil change has nothing to do with the radiator, and theres no way i can drive the car back there in the state its in, so i cant have them fix it. Im just very unsatisfied. Please feel free to contact me, with advice for the future. At least i didnt blow my engine so it could have been worse. Thank you for your attention to this.

Dishonest, cheating, unethical business practices, and horrible customer service.The guy charged me a premium wash but did not provide any of the extra services that came with it. He said he did that because one of the seats in my car was a little dirty (literally just a little, nothing crazy). All the other seats were clean. He said they dont clean seats and that why they charged me extra. Furthermore, the worker there told me he was instructed to do a regular wash, when in fact it wasnt and the manger tried lying to me about it. Time and time again Route 66 failed to provide a decent basic car wash. I am no longer giving them another chance and never going there again. Ill go a little out of my way to Nuway Car Wash, but its much better.

The good thing is its a nice enough environment to wait for your car and the car wash is descent. The oil change is very questionable. They didnt give any list whatsoever of what they checked and if anything was alright. You are expected to pick up your car after the car wash and assume everything was checked and done. I had to seek out the mechanics to ask what they checked. They said "everything!," -- dont know what that is supposed to mean. The car wash was free so I suppose I didnt have to take it. The whole thing took about an hour--kind of long for someone who just wanted to change their oil and have their liquids and tire pressure checked.

I have been coming here for years, and this week after the wash I noticed that the side bottom panel was completely slashed. I know that I didnt run anything over and when I went back to the wash they acted dumb founded and said it wasnt them. It looks like the car was not properly set on the tracks and now I have a messed up car and no deductible for repairs. Usually car washes have insurance and the manager didnt do a thing about it. I will be considering getting a lawyer because I cant afford the repairs on my own.

Very Very Poor job....I took my car twice for wash the people are very ignorant and rude..First time the guy was very rude and he didnt clean the car good....I went second time in a hope that i might have the wrong guy first time but i was wrong......Whole management is rude and simply ignorant ......Dont waste your money.....I will give them minus stars...Beware keep a closer look on your valuables in the car...I will not recommend anyone go there....

Terrible service. Pulled in at 5:40 and the guy looked around like he didnt want to work and told me to leave very rudely. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They might as well change their hours to say closed at 5:30pm
