I think the best way for me to start is WOW!!! We had a little accident at 2am when my son tripped using his crutches, fell backwards and broke the tank off the toilet. We had a small lake in the house by the time we were able to turn off the water. I was worried because we had a toilet that was special order when we built the house, but we needed an immediate replacement since our son cannot get up to the second floor. I called D Martel at 8am explained the situation and I was assured that they were on the job to help us out. WIthin the next 2 hours the folks in the office tracked down a toilet that was a best match (our old one was discontinued), she called me back 4 times to make sure I was up to date on progress. When Jason showed up, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional and clean. He replaced the toiled and by 1pm the house was back to normal - in fact better than it was before. This was the best customer service experience that I had in quite a while. D Martel Plumbing is now my first go to company for any plumbing needs. ~ Thank you!!!

Unfortunately our experience with D-Martel plumbing was not good. When all was said and done, they sold us both service and parts that were not needed. In addition the amount quoted was $100 less than the amount charged when the job was complete. I would have refused to pay the additional dollars, but I was not here when the check was written. I called and spoke with the owner, who did nothing to resolve my grievances with his company. Overall, my impression is that D-Martels business model is to take advantage of the customer and sell things that are not needed. Very disappointing in general but especially for a local company.

My water heater was not working. The company I used in the past for plumbing issues was not able to come out for a week. I called D Martel Plumbing from a recommendation from my brother and his friend. They were able to be at my house within one and a half hours. Excellent customer service. Trevor was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had my part in stock and my water heater fixed and working quickly. Very reasonable rates ! 5 star for sure and my new go to plumbers !

Super professional and nice! Main number got me to a very cordial person who scheduled a tech visit the next day. Jason (tech) was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right and that i was satisfied. Jason also noticed and fixed ancillary issues rather than have them come back on me later. I highly recommend D Martel Plumbing !!!
