Larry called back soon after I left a message with the answering service on Labor Day. He showed up on time and had the issue repaired within half an hour. Very pleasant and easy to communicate with and no hidden fees and a reasonable service charge. I never received any return calls from Roto Rooter on Broad St. in SLO!
