Sutherland Installed a Tankless water heater for us in Folsom Ca, which is located outside of Sacamento. Our old tank hot water heater started to leak from the bottom and I was refered to Sutherland Plumbing from a friend of mine. They showed up same day, we decided to go with a tankless unit because we allways seemed to run out of water with the existing tank heater. Sutherland finished the installation within 24 hours, they are very professional! We can not be more satisfied with their work.

I would not recommend this company for tankless water heater service. They botched a diagnosis and repair of my tankless water heater, taking 8 service calls to figure out what was wrong with my heater, at one point they told me I had to replace the heater. Turns out the electrical control box was faulty and needed to be replaced.After almost $1,000 in parts and labor, they finally figured out what was wrong. One star since they were mostly pleasant despite the frustrating experience.

Needed some work done on my water heater, and some plumbing in the bathroom and 2 different techs came out to provide the services. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable, the cost was reasonable, and the jobs were done in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend this small, family oriented company that gives a personal touch as opposed to the chain companies most people are inclined to call.
