California storage centers simplified so many things in my life. I have had 3 units in total with them and have never had one bad complaint or reason to ever leave them. The units are spacious and very clean with some of the units offering climate control. The area is always fully lit in the evening making me feel comfortable. I have always felt safe about storing my precious belongings at this storage location. The manager (Derek) has always been accommodating, personable, organized and extremely helpful. I have moved to NYC and am still storing some of my belongings here. The staff has been wonderful at keeping me informed of any updates, good communication and allowing me to make payments online. So if you are looking for a clean, reliable, affordable, safe, friendly storage Co. CA Storage Centers in Elk Grove is the place for you!

Just wanted to let those people who are looking for a storage place know that this place is a great Facility...the Manager Derek Coleman is such a nice and professional gentleman he is very knowledgeable about his job and willing to help through the process of getting your storage unit, there is also a young lady that works in the office who is very sweet and has a wondeful smile and positive attitude.. The place is very clean and safe also..... The staff is very helpful and informative, although I did not know you had to buy insurance when leasing a rental unit. I was not told that when I inquired about renting a space, but its a good idea. The staff has called my home a couple of times to check up on my move in and see if everything was satisfactory which it was. My move went really smooth and they supplied you with rolling carts to move into your unit. Over all I will give them a 5 star because they were very professional, the units are very clean and the staff is courteous.

If you want to know my complaint about this place, thats it. I cant complain about the cleanliness because thats not a problem... also theres no bug problem like the last place I used. Nice hours, you can pay online, and no drama with break-ins, at least not yet.

Everything about this storage facility is above expectations. Its all you need with very good prices beating out most of the competition. Achleay, the assistant manager, was exceptional in her friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Highly recommend!

Stopped in just to get a quote. The manager was so friendly and welcoming we ended up getting one of their lockers. What sold me was her pride in her job and that she knew everyone who came through the gate. I would absolutely recommend this place!
