Sharaya was WONDERFUL. I first called back in November as I saw a good price for a 5 X 15. Have spoken with her and the manager numerous times over that time span to confirm the unit being held, which it was, and seriously every time I was happy with how they handled my situation. Then today I moved in, was a late getting there as they close the inside units at 4pm, she stayed for us AN HOUR AFTER she was supposed to. Its Sunday and this was completely my fault arriving late and she got us registered fast within 15 minutes, helped us get to the unit then stayed after and even offered to help. Can not express enough how wonderful it is to see excellent customer service like that, she deserves every star here, thank you again Sharaya!

I went to extra space storage and was getting a 5x10 they was going to charge me 74 dollars. So i looked around for more places i came across public storage on 8118 mariners drive i was helped by a woman named gina GREAT customer service not only was she professional she got me a 10x10 that fitted all my stuff at a great price so if you need a place to store your things stop by and see GINA THANK YOU....

In the six years that I have had a unit here Gina has been so awesome,she has helped me to maintain that unit in every way possible, no matter what was happening with me and my finances. However I do wish for those of whom have been long-term tenets that you would have smaller fees for when trouble happens .

This place is great. I couldnt find any other storage facility in town that would let me move my stuff in within hours due to an emergency and I believe it was Gloria that got me thru it. Definitely will recommend this place its clean, safe area, and easy to access .
