Brandi was absolutely wonderful to work with. She started the meeting with a tour of the unit and explained exactly how everything worked very well. She also had absolutely no problem when I read the entire 13 page lease contract very carefully. This would usually irritate most people but not Brandi! She answered every question I had as I was concerned about the security and possible damages that could happen in the 8 months I will be gone. Very reasonable pricing and has an automatic pay option which is extremely convenient. I look forward to continue doing business with this particular Extra Space Storage.

If I write this blasted review, will they stop sending me emails asking me to review their storage facility? OK, then: It was a rapturous experience: the 6x10 unit was actually 6x10 and it was *empty* when we got it. Amazing. Did not see rats or other varmints in the area. The gate opens and closes with the code the way its supposed to. All in all, a real storage space. Seriously, it is clean, well run, personnel very helpful and friendly, but please stop sending me requests to review every other day!

So shes probably gunna be upset that I completely forgot to write the review but my phone died so I have a good excuse. Lol Well, I revelry just got a unit here. After I was kinda iffy because Ive havent been put in a situation where I had to place my stuff in a storage , so I was nervous but reading the reviews on here I had faith that maybe Id meet this brandi lady everybody was writing about on here. Well, she was amazing lol Funny, full of energy

For the past 4 hours, Ive been trying to reach someone at this business, but all I get is their voicemail. I have left 2 messages and no one ever called me back. I am sorry, but even if you dont need my business, this kind of customer service is unacceptable and I will gladly share my experience and go elsewhere. Days later and I still never received a call back. Worst customer service!

I used this exact facility when I lived in Stockton and never had any issues and even had a lot of help getting my lock off once. I moved out of town for a few years and now that I am moving back I will need a storage unit again and I plan on using the same place. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for space.

Everything was so easy. I called and they made a reservation for me. Harmony was very helpful and explained everything from insurance to gate hours. Ive never had to look for a storage unit before and the staff made it a pleasant experience. I will recommend them to any who needs a storage unit.

Ive had my storage unit at Extra Space for 12 years. I recommend this facility to anyone looking to rent a storage unit. Its clean and safe. Its a good facility with a great store manager (Brandi). She is great. She is always so helpful and friendly. She goes above and beyond!!!
