I took my 2002 mini van to auto pro first this summer to have my engine light fixed. I ended up needing a new computer. FOUR weeks later I had my van back. They were horrible about returning calls and having my van back when promised. THEN my engine light went on again. This time it was the transmission computer. $$$ and two weeks later I had my van back. THEN THEN THEN my van died on me and I had to tow it back to the shop. The wiring was not done right on the original computer and had come loose. They fixed this for free, but it left me wondering if that was what had blown the transmission computer too! ??? The final kick was while I was having the third repair done they mentioned that I needed stuts and shocks. I had thosed fixed at that time, plus and oil leak for about $800!!!! Well, they did not put my wheels back on properly and TORE UP my good tires. Les Schwab says you should always align after struts and shocks. GUESS WHAT this "dealer alternative" DOES NOT EVEN DO ALIGNMENTS!!!! Come on now! This is NOT the Christian intetgrity shop they claim to be. The owner/manager hung up on me when I said their service had been poor and their offer of free oil changes an inadequate restitution.

The owner "Tracy" swindled my wife out of thousands of dollars. She paid for a NEW engine and NEW brakes. $6500 later, she got a valve job and and a bunch of lies.... This person cannot be trusted.... more to come.... Two reviews in 5 years before mine 3 weeks ago, yet suddenly 4 five star reviews since.....? Tracy just flashing his teeth and lying through them once again. Why cant he just admit the truth and settle up? 5 star review people, please tell the truth right on this forum who you are and whether you are true customers, or just "friends" of Tracy. A site such of this does NOT do people much good without full disclosure.....

My mechanic passed away and my car had some real things going on, it was not drivable, and I am on very limited funds. i went through the Dutch Brothers drive through as always, and asked by chance if one of the kids knew a good mechanic, the kids who work there are always fantastic. They very quickly sent me to Kerry and Wyatt at Auto Pro, This is the best shop I am telling you, they were nice, genuion, honest and fair and my car is back on the road. I wont use another shop, this will be it from now on! I would reccomend them highly to anyone looking for decent local and honest people to work on your car

Great auto service and great customer service. I was bummed when I found out that I had some major engine work that needed to be done. These guys answered all of my questions and were transparent about the whole thing. They were always upfront about what needed to be done to get the car back into tip top shape. The price was the best around too! I would recommend this shop to anybody in a heartbeat. You wont be disappointed!

Cant say enough good words about Tracy and the other mechanics at Auto Pro. Ive been coming here for years for everything from an oil change to transmission repair. I have always been very satisfied with the repairs to my work truck and the customer service is also very good. Only thing I would recommend is a massage chair for the waiting room....kidding.

Takes a lot for me to trust an auto repair shop, but these guys have demonstrated over and over again what a good mechanic is and should be. Thanks Auto Pro for showing me that the honest shops are not all gone. Fair Oaks is a bit out of my way, but well worth it as I know the value in using the best.

My truck had failed a smog check, I had tried to fix it myself and that didnt work. I brought it in to AutoPro and I am glad I did. I was able to pass smog and my truck idles better and runs smoother too! Thanks guys.
