They mis diagnosed my car...the day after they inspected my car,..and coolant system ,they told me needed a new radiator cap and added coolant to the radiator. The very next day my car over heated and left me on the side of the road, I then had it towed back to goodyear, and they told me it was my water pump and that if they changed my water pump they had to change my timing chain even though there was nothing wrong with it, they tryed to charge me 2,100 dollars to change a water pump and a timing chain that there was nothing wrong with,i asked them to just replace water pump only, they told me if i dident replace the timing chain too they would not even fix my car at all. I asked to speak to the owner who never called me back, so i took my car to the goodyear in rocklin that is owned by a completly different person and they told me that i dident need a water pump or timing chain after doing full inspection I needed a coolant system and radiator, that the leak was not coming from the water pump and they would put that writing and garantee that I did not need a water pump or timing chain, ......The good year on Harding Blvd was negligent and dishonest,...and I feel like thay tried to take advantage of me because I am a Female they very much disrespected me, there was a time when this was a good place to take your vehichle, but since the change in new owner ship has taken place I hve had nothing but problems here,...I have turned them in,..and they are going to be investigated, very negative place to do buiness, especially if you are a female it would recomend the good year on 5 star Blvd in Rocklin as they are all individually owned,.this place is much more professional.

7 Day Goodyear may make promises that they will stand by their parts which they install on cars however, they ONLY warrant for a period of 90 days. I had two (2) CV axles replaced last year and within one (1) year the rubber boots had torn themselves due to the thinness of the rubber material breaking down. They use the cheapest parts and do not tell the customer the name of the parts manufacturer thereby hobbling the customer so one cannot go directly to the manufacturer for the warranty issues within the 90 day warranty period or afterwards. I went to small claims court on the CV axle issue and the judge Pro Tem adjudicated and declared that the CV axles were mine. Since they were adjudicated that they were entirely mine, I then went to VISA customer service and related to them with the CV axle problem and warranty issues. It was investigated by them and my credit funds were returned back into my account. I give them one (1) star rating because I have to in order to register this complaint. When Bob the former owner ran this company HE ran it well. No Bob, no business here.

I saw the "under new management" sign and assumed it was a scam. When I walked in I was greeted by a professional who answered all of my questions.(and I had a lot of them) The old management was horrible. They would only do oil changes other work they felt like doing. Its nice to have a full service shop back in this convenient location again. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I waited way too long to get tires and I didnt have a whole lot of cash. I called around to a few places, and Fred was the best. I explained my budget and he gave me a bunch of options and patiently helped me decide on the best fit. I got out of there with better tires than I expected, and they have a customer for life!

I take all my cars here from my Mercedes to the customized G35 for any type of mechanic issues. Their mechanics are well trained especially Memo I can always rely him to figure out whatever problem Im having. Highly recommend this shop go see Aaron or Fred they will take care of you.

What a wonderful customer service. The owner, Fred (I believe thats his name), was super nice and helpful. He honored an oil change coupon that seemed ambiguous. Im very happy and will be returning to this Good Year location to service my car from this point onward
