Took my car in to get a regular oil change. Get called about an hour or two later and was let know that the rotars and brake pads needed to be changed in the front tires. Went over to see the damage myself and sure enough they were right. So after a couple hours my car was done and i was ready to drive off of the lot. As i start driving down the street i notice that my brakes dont work at all. Apparently the technician thought it was acceptable to release the car in a condition that wasnt drivable. I turned around and went in to ask them about the problem. Rather than take the time to assess the damage with me they tell me to bring the car back the next day. So, for a job half done i had to pay a tow truck to take me home. Came back the next day and they ended up fixing the problem. Will never return to this place again. I understand that people make mistakes but rather than to finish the job as they shouldve done they left me stranded there posing a hazard to myself and other drivers to take this car home. Also they will periodically tell you items in your car need to be changed when they dont.

Took my car to have pads and rotors replaced. It was close to closing time and they still got my car in and out within an hour. Everyone was friendly, courteous and the work was very well done. The price paid for the work done was a fraction of what I would have paid at the neighboring place. Its hard to find good honest mechanics but I found some in the mechanics at this Meineke. I give two thumbs up for the owner, manager and mechanics.

Check engine light was on , had them run diagnostic they said vaccum line and map sensor so they replaced it cost 600$ and they turned off check engine light only for it too come back on after 40 miles of driving so obviously they didnt fix the whole problem , so why should i take it back so they can charge me more money smh

Ive been here a couple of times and they are very friendly and to the point. They dont waste your time and they are straight forward. I plan to return for all my service needs.

charged me to fix a flat but did not fix anything. took 45 minutes and 20$ to tell me i need all new tires. slow and a ripoff dont recommend at all
