Went in for oil change, they included a brake inspection...which I ended up paying more for them to actually inspect. They then told me that I needed new front rotors and they would not legally be able to resurface them (they were beyond keeping). They quoted me over $600 and then took it down with coupons to just over $550. Pressured me that they could only honor the price til the following day. Luckily I had a bad feeling and decided against them fixing. I called Roseville Kia and Firestone....both quoted under $350 to do all the work Quality claimed they "had" to do. I decided to go with Kia to keep factory parts. Ended up...rotors simply needed a LITTLE resurfacing and I was out the door for $243.00. These people will try to scam you!!! Always check with other companys and get other opinions!!!! BTW they hung up on me when I tried to discuss it with them and speak to manager.

Replaced a timing belt, water pump, and adjusted valves. Timing belt cover was installed wrong causing the crank pulley to rub on the cover. Also a nut for the alternator mount was missing and made the belt squeal. I replaced the nut, which fixed the squeal and took my car back. They said they would fix it free, which they did, and both times the work was done on time, but they installed the cover on wrong again. The next day my belts where squealing again and when I looked to see what was wrong the same nut was missing. I just fixed the cover and replaced the nut myself. Quality, I think not.

Great service and very trust worthy. Prices seem high but we live in a totally different economy now. Candy bars are no longer .35 cents guys. They are now 1.35, for a freaking candy bar. Brake job per axle 175.00 with new rotors 350.00 per axle. Thats on a basic small SUV. Outstanding Customer service. Lots to do within walking distance while you wait for your car or they will take you home within a 10 mile radius, but flexible. Just cant say enough good about them. They will earn your trust. Ive had 3 recent trips to Quality for miscellaneous items with the cars I own and in every case, the attentiveness and care of the employees for even the smallest detail was outstanding and memorable. They could have easily taken advantage of me and sold me service I didnt need since I had some unusual problems, but all was completed with wonderful professionalism and care for the customer. I have just moved out of town and regret very much that I have to find a new service center that can compete with Quality TuneUp in Roseville.

The Quality Tune Up on Douglas Blvd, in Roseville does great work! When I got there I was personally greeted by the district manager. I was getting an oil change and a tire rotation. He was very friendly and because it was not that busy, he invited me into their shop to see what they were doing! I was happily surprised. I saw everything that the technician was doing and he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I would recommend stopping by if you are in the area and you need an oil change!

My car wouldnt start and every mechanic I went to said we dont know whats happening and I should take it to Cadillac directly. These guys found out in a matter of minutes, ordered the part, and fixed my car same day and saved me money. These are real knowledgeable mechanics, I will go back there without even thinking twice. Finally found the family mechanic Ive been looking for.

This is my second visit and I received excellent service both times. Each time details were explained to me that helped me make good decisions about needed services. This visit, I was short on time. But they were able to change my oil and rotate my tires in about 30 minutes. I really appreciated the extra effort to help me be on time!

I get my scheduled maintenance for both cars at Quality Tune. Great service, good coffee, and the techs know what theyre doing. The front office people explain everything very thoroughly. Ive had brake jobs, oil changes and smog checks done here. Id recommend them to everyone. Oh, and the price is right.

I am very pleased each time I have been to Quality Tune up. They make sure that I am safe on the road. They told me my wipers were bad but I could fix them the next time in. They are not pushy and I like that about their team. so go to Quality on Douglas and Sunrise you wont be disappointed.

I dont feel that they stand behind their work 100% and they also like to charge for certain things twice. I:E: If something needs to be removed to get to another part they are working on, they charge to put it back in. It is hard to explain, but pay close attention to your bill!

Coupon in pennysaver says 19.xx for 5 quarts and oil filter oil change. Turns out its 37.xx. 9.88 for labor, an extra quart of oil for $6 and $ for other lies on invoice. Truck does not take more than 5 quarts to fill. There computer says 6. Scam! Ill do it myself for 11.
