I was self-storage manager for 12 years and American Self Storage is the ONLY place I would even consider leaving my stuff at. As in any field, working in the industry you have more knowledge of the "goings-on" in a lot of facitlies. I wanted to store my belongings in a secure, clean facility with a manager I could trust and one that wouldnt be changing managers every time I turned around. American Self-Storage is the only one that fits that criteria. I pass about 5 other storage places on my way there but its well-worth the extra time! If youre going to spend the time and money to store your stuff, dont you want to make sure you get it all back when your ready and not have to worry about it? Im telling you, AMERICAN SELF STORAGE is the only place you need to know!!!!

Best service and pricing around! Ive been at Travis since 2006 and have stored some of my belongings at other storage units within the area, but none of them come close to the customer service and grounds maintenance that American Self Storage promotes. This is the ONLY company I personally would recommend if you decide to store your valuables. I love the fact that you can set up auto-payments, pay online, at the kiosk outside the front door after hours or in person. They even email you your invoice each month (if you so choose) so that you can have piece of mind if you are out of town. The manager, Michael Parker is a retired Navy vet who resides onsite and is there to assist you with your needs.

I really love american self storage they did a really good job all around good service. I never had any problems what so ever with them. I wish every business was like this the world would be a better place. Amanda and Kristina are really nice and we have a good relationship even though I only showed up a few times here and there. I wouldnt rent anywere else I had to tell my friends the same.

These guys are awesome, professional, and friendly. They let me know if I was late on a payment a couple times so that I didnt end up having to pay the late fee. Prices are good. Id recommend them to anyone. Definitely military friendly.

Storing at American Self Storage was an ease, esp. from living right on base. Its fast, well maintained and the staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I would definatly recommend this company to anyone with storage needs.

Best pricing alone in the area. Extremely clean and well managed storage facility. If anybody needed storage living within an hour of this place I would recommend. Of course theres a military/veteran discount as well!

Friendly, helpful and quick to get you helped and setup. Military friendly w/ 10% discount. I would highly recommend for service members as its located directly outside base.
