This is a very nice place to store things. It is not a brand-new facility, but it is well taken care of. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Madie helped us out when we came in to rent a unit and she made us feel like family. :) The office has all sorts of packing materials and locks and things that are helpful for moving. They let you check out the unit before signing the lease, so there are no surprises. Each member gets their own gate code, so it is more secure than if there was one code for everyone. There is also much monitoring across the premises. They work with you to provide access if you absolutely need to come after hours. I would definitely recommend this facility if you are looking for a place. Maybe call to check availability first though. I think most people stay with their unit for a while, so there may not be too many vacancies.

My first time going to storage mart I was welcomed and shown a unit vastly. I had a unit with hour and was taken care of with phenomenal customer service and I left feeling satisfied with my choice and secure. Madie Navarro the manager at the facility is amazing, she made me feel at ease , comfortable and shes great at relating to your needs, no matter what Ive needed she finds a way to be a great support system on her own for her customers. She has helped take care of switching units when I needed to downsize and she continued to be a big help throughout my stay with the company. I would recommend storage mart in Fairfield,ca you and your family cannot go wrong if you want your safe keeps with a company who cares for their customers. I definitely would return if I need a unit again.

They are the best! The manager & her assistant know their business & are helpful to the point of really caring for their customers & I feel my property is safe there.StorageMart has reasonable prices too & everything is there that you need like boxes,locks,etc,etc. I am so sorry that some customers werent pleased,I would be highly upset too if it happened me,but make no mistake anytime you leave your belongings in storage you take a chance, there is NO guarantee its going to be 100 percent safe. You have to buy insurance to at least compensate for some of the loss.With that said,I hope your experience with this facility if you choose will be the same as mine thats why I gave it 5 stars.

I have been doing business with Storage Mart for a long time now. Storage Mart has been an exceptional company. I would highly recommend Storage Mart for all your storage and moving needs. They have a great selection of moving supplies. More importantly the customer service will set them aside from any storage facility in the area. Madie Navarro is an exceptional manager. If there was any question she was able to help. She was able to make sure I chose the right storage unit so I did not overpay. Overall she has made the site a very positive memorable experience. Thank You soooo Much!!!!!!!

I have had a couple of experiences with some different storage facilities in the last 2 years.I wanted to consolidate my storage in a large single unit. Storage Mart had the best size. Storage Mart has the best security I have experienced and amazing customer service.They worked with me before I rented the unit and have been helpful ever since. One small thing I espescially like is not having to get out of the car to enter the security codes when entering & leaving. I had one location where that was not possible. Bad setup when its raining..... Storage-Mart has been great.

I have been renting a storage unit from StorageMart for over seven months and have been very happy with the security, the cleanliness, but especially the staff. I was having a hard time making the payment this month, and both Madie and Rosalia bent over backwards to help me make payment arrangements in order for me to not have to pay late fees. I was so stressed out, and they talked to me, helped me to feel better, and lift the enormous stress I have been under. Thank you Madie and Rosalia for helping me through this most stressful time. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

I had put down a deposit and arranged for an outside unit at another storage facility. On moving day I found out that facility had gave my unit away. I was in panic mode. I called Storage Mart. Madie was so friendly and helpful. She didnt have the size unit I needed but was able to give me a deal for the first month and assured me there would be a smaller less costly unit next month. I am very thankful for the friendly help I received. I felt more secure at Storage Mart. It is clean and well managed.

Brand New Customer, super late on FIRST payment due to being away and the girls that run this show were understanding, handled the situation professionally, with class and even still managed to take my payment with a smile. Great communication and it is really something nice, no matter where it is, to see individuals truly enjoy going to work. Look, the place isnt brand new but if the lock is good and the office team is on it, isnt that the goal of self storage? I recommend highly!

DO NOT GET A UNIT HERE i deployed over seas a my stuff here and my coming home present from being deployed is a empty storage unit some one stole everything i own out of my unit someone was living in the unit next to my unit they broke through the wall and got all my stuff out of my unit all they can do is reimburse us is 2500 for everything i owned would not suggest that any military or civilian person stores their belongings here will never store anything here ever again

Madie and her staff at Storage Mart are courteous, prompt, and professional. It amazes me they remember me by name and storage unit number and they always ask if I have feedback for them. The HR folks where I work cant seem to remember my name. The storage space is clean and well maintained and I do not feel the need to worry about the security of my stuff. Ill be a satisfied tenant in Fairfield Storage Mart until I find a house to put my things in.

Ive been with Storage Mart in Fairfield, CA on Walters Rd for almost 10 years now, and I must say that the customer service I receive from Rosalia (Mgr) and Maddie (Asst. Mgr) is exceptional. They keep the property very clean, safe and always make a point to make everyone who comes in feel like family. I feel good knowing that my things are kept at a place where the employees actually have their customers best interest.

Although Ive only been storing here for a few months I have made several trips (sometimes multiple times per day & having a POD delivered/picked up) and every time they are very accommodating and polite. The facility is clean and easy to access, they provided me late night access on two occasions and always say hello. I would definitely recommend Storage Mart because it is affordable and customer friendly.

This is the very BEST storage place in Solano County!!! Madie is the sweetest, most helpful customer service representative I have ever met in all my 45+ years. This place is very safe, staff is terrific, prices are amazingly low considering the amount of services and security your storage unit receives. If YOU need a storage unit --- get your storage unit here!!!! You will NOT be disappointed in any way.
