I have been with Small Town since December 2014. I introduced myself to a very knowledgeable, Friendly and helpful Trish in my panicked state of mind. I was reassured by Trish that I wouldnt need 2 of the largest unit available. After I calmed down, we figured out that 2 much smaller units would work and not need the 2 largest units. The facility is kept clean and lighting at night is more than adequate. Security in my opinion is top notch. The units are clean. Not stained with oil or paints. They are sealed from the weather. The move in special was especially helpful during and after my move and was easy to work in my budget. The pricing is better than other local Storage facilities during my comparisons. It is conveniently located close to the freeway exit and entrance. I recommend them highly.

She and her management have proven me that small town storage (Vacaville) always puts its clients first and that they are there for there customers when needed the most. Trish and her staff have always had great customer service. I have recommended them to my family members as well as many friends. This is a little hidden gem in Vacaville. Luis was the manager on duty, and really was great in hooking me up with a unit. How nice it is to deal with a professional who cares about BOTH the customer and the company. The faculty is tucked in off of Bella vista road, with the entrance being a short distance west of the larger Vacaville Self Storage. Really glad I found this place. Thank you Luis!

Good service, Trish is very helpful and have never had issue with my storage unit. Cost is extremely reasonable and the units are well maintained and secure. Handy to be able to rent a moving truck on premises too! Never had an issue with online bill pay either. Definitely have been pleased with everything.
