Ive been renting out an indoor unit for several months now. 4 times that i went at office hours, they have been closed and unavailable, so i had no access to my unit at all. One time i went back and forth in a day, from 10am, then back at 11am and at 12am and they still werent open at all. This morning at 10am, i needed to get important paperworks in my storage to get hired at a job and they were closed, literally holding me off from getting a job. Its a really inconvenient place to store stuff. I do not recommend getting an indoor unit, if you have problems with your storage, you wouldnt get help right away. They need a way to directly call the manager instead of just customer service over the phone and just leaving a message to the one incharge of this self storage place. Really bad experience. I Expected better service. Came back today 3pm, and still to no avail. Its a Tuesday

I have enjoyed storing there and have been treated fairly. Chris the manager is personable to deal with and understands your needs and sizing options he told me perfectly what size I needed to fit my belongings he arranged for me to stay later than the gate lock hour to finish packing my items inside to lock up and personally came back to let me out and unlock the gate for me. I did sweep up in front of my unit the various small scraps that had fallen and the cig butts my helpers threw down. My next visit was pleasant Chris came over to my unit and offered us cold bottled water to drink as it was 104 degrees out that day. So that was thoughtful and nice of him I know he has alot of work to do on his own there.

Renter beware!! Advertises free month on website, does not disclose that this changes day by day minute by minute unit by unit. Talking with the manager was not a very good experience.
