I will have to make this a two part review. Cheryl is actually great at this property in Dublin I regretted that their management is so poor at this property. Cheryl absolutely deserves five stars. Cheryl is pleasant talk to and always helpful. She keeps the property clean, and since she has been assigned the responsibility of our business property, I am much more at ease knowing the property manager is close by. I have used several public storage facilities, and this is one of the best as far as service. Cheryl, you are GREAT! Now I said this was a two part review, this is my experience with Public Storage management... 1 STAR ...... About a week ago I called for some help and explanations regarding a business property question. And was directed to several people who couldnt help. I was directed to a district or regional manager named "Bella". This person was extremely rude and disrespectful while sarcastically telling me " Im trying to help you", on top of that she stated "she could raise my rent anytime she wanted as long as she gave me a 30 day notice. The conversation was a huge waste of time, and after she talked to me like I was a stray dog, she admitted she knows. NOTHING about the business leases. This "Bella" must be related to someone pretty high up in PS to have been given a management position without any people skills, knowledge or management training. Hire a few more like this and you will be out of business before you know it. Now on another note Cheryl who runs the Dubin office is a sweetheart. I would give her 5 stars. Perhaps Cheryl can train Bella in customer service.

We live in an apartment with not much storage, and needed a place to store our extra boxes and seasonal items such as holiday decorations, etc. While we didnt need MUCH space, we just needed a little extra! Cheryl is super helpful and friendly. She is wonderful about answering any questions we have, and calling us promptly when she has a question for us. The place seems clean and well kept. There is at least one (usually two, but sometimes Im there when another person is) available hand truck/movable thing so moving stuff up to the unit is easy. We are enjoying storing our stuff here!

Shes an outstanding person; warm-hearted, kind, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, caring, possesses exceptional communication skills, polite and a professional at her work. I felt like family being around her. She oozes a type of kindness that makes you feel right at home. I have been using PS for almost 5 years. I have been dealing with Cheryl for that whole time. Customer service is the most important quality in any establishment I work with, and Cheryl has delivered 100%. I can honestly say that if it wasnt for her, I likely wouldnt have my storage unit anymore. She always sends me reminders when my payment is due and never makes me feel bad that I wait until the last minute. As long as Cheryl is there , I will be too!

My overall experience with Chris and Cheryl has been excellent. I run a Food Bank in Dublin, CA and we need some temporary storage space. First I rented a small unit from Chris. Then our needs changed and I rented a larger unit from Cheryl. Needs changed again and I rented a second unit from Cheryl. Through these steps everything was handled smoothly. The location is convenient and very easy to access. Thank you ladies!

Great customer service! Cheryl at the front desk always gives superb customer service! She always goes above and beyond to meet my needs. The facility is always very clean and well kept. Whenever needed I always have functioning lights in the facility which makes it easy to manage my business at all times. It really is the best storage facility i ever dealt with.

Cheryl was wonderful in taking care of all we needed to get a storage space. Reservation was easy over the website. Received a confirmation of my reservation within minutes from Cheryl. The enrollment paperwork was very easy, no hassle and move in was a breeze. I have a upstairs unit but with the elevator and carts to haul all of our boxes and furniture cut move-in time by a lot! Only downside is the unit does not have a light inside.

Getting ready to move and needed packing supplies and lots of boxes. The location of the Public Storage is very convenient and easy to find. Cheryl was amazing; so very helpful. As I know that I will need more supplies as I get into this packing up the house project, without a doubt I will return to the Public Storage place and work with Cheryl.
