the unit itself is exactly what you might be looking for in a mini storage. clean, personal lighting, secured and semi private. HOWEVER THE STAFF AND THE ADVERTISING ARE AT TOTAL ODDS WITH EACH OTHER. I rented here because it said 24/7 access (by reauest) THAT IS A COMPLETE LIE I HAVE EVEN ASKED (AKA requested it) AND STILL GET TOLD IT IS NOT AN OPTION. AND online it says till the 6th becore locked out. Tim gives you till the END OF THE FIRST... well today is the SECOND AT 1041 am AND WE ARE ALREADY LOCKED OUT. SO I FEEL HORRIBLY BAD FOR THE PEOPLE THAT GET PAID ON THE 3RD or any day that is not the 1st.... then we are all stuck paying for however many days each amd every month that we are unable to access our unit. As if it is not bad enough that Tim and his sidekick are out POLICING all tennants, complaining about use of hand carts, or visits per month others have or (the WORST) TIM CUSSING AT RENTERS FOR HAVING AN ARGUMENT ON PROPERTY!!! THE ARGUMEMT WAS BECAUSE SOMEONE (other renters that are ALWAYS BUDDYING UP WITH TIM) pushed their vehicle and that vehicle is not a stick shift so something got broekn when they did thay- and the couple was arguing because one lost the keys... because TIMS friends moved a vehicle (without permission and SNAPPED something on the couples suv) TIM then seizes this time to YELL AMD CUSS AT THEM SEPARATELY. I PERSONALLY SAW THE POOR GIRL MINUTES LATER amd she was BAWLING!! And yet he just sat thefe GLARING UNTIL SHE PULLED AWAY.... IF YOU ARE NOT 100%PERFECT OR IF YOU HAVE A 9-5 JOB FO NOT REMT HERE HIS ROID RAGE WILL GET YOU YELLED AT OR WORSE....

Since I opened an account with Storage Mart from 2007 to date, my experience has been nothing short of exceeding ones expectations. They have been extremely accommodating with an exceptional staff housed at the Concord location. Mr. Roland Brown, the Regional Manager has done an outstanding job of carefully selecting the right people for the job. I work in the hospitality field and I know first hand how difficult it can be sometimes serving a vast array of diverse people in our communities, while meeting everyones need. However, Tim, the onsite manager, has shown great leadership maintaining a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for the customer. Tim has assembled an impeccable customer service team that have always exercised an exemplary standard of behavior in their demeanor, their dependable with great integrity and their extraordinary ability to perform excellence at their positions is a constant. They always keep you informed through email and other wise, they articulate well with great dept., they understanding their position and all of the requirements, policies, procedures, rules and regulations that are set forth for their customers and conveys it with clarity and precession. Theyre fair and always pay attention to details. I have been tremendously satisfied beyond measure. I would recommend Storage Mart to everyone, especially in view of my personal experience with the Concord location in particular, and the Mandela location as well. My first experience with a storage unit. I needed just a small space to store jewelry supplies & displays for the flea markets I do. I have a small indoor unit. I wasnt sure about getting an upstairs unit but I can park right next to the door, load and move things on their dollies, and the elevator is quick. Its not climate controlled but that doesnt matter for my supplies. The location is very convenient. Never crowded and has always been clean when Im there.

Beginning to end StorageMart and staff are great! Eden was wonderful in showing me units, explaining prices and sharing all of what StorageMart had to offer. I returned later to complete the rental papers with Tim and once again was very pleased with the customer service and professionalism that was displayed. Everyone here is willing to help and assist with all your needs while moving. You wont be disappointed when choosing StorageMart!

Tim, the manager, has repeatedly gone out of his way to help me feel welcome and to have the services and storage resources that are right for me. I am very pleased and impressed. I like the facility, clean and secure. Convenient location. Tim the manager is always helpful My only issue is that the price per unit goes up every three months. I am a long term user, I have 2 units and remain there because who wants to move two units. Please stop raising rates on long term, greater than a year at least, tenants.

I rented online before seeing the facility and my only complaint was that it was advertised as first floor but the unit ended up being on the third floor which is slightly more inconvenient. All in all it was a good experience - the manager was very professional and knew is companys policies/rules inside and out.

The manager was very rude and he not very helpful. The lady that works on the weekend is very helpful and curteous. This is my second time storing in Storage Mart the place is clean. If not for the rudess of the manager everything is good.
