My experience and decision to move is simply based on the owners lack of caring about customer experience. The contract is lengthy and populated with enough one-sided language to make Donald Trump chuckle at the audacity. If you lose your key, they will force you to pay $100 to a local locksmith. Its unfortunate the average human is no longer trusted with a simple $5 hand tool to remove their own lock. If you ask for management, you get 2 very kind hearted people with the title of manager, but no authority given by the owner to make any changes. The payment system is outdated. NOT PCI COMPLIANT. Doesnt accept many forms of payments including some Visa and Mastercard. No payments over the phone or online. It simply appears this business owner thinks "How can I make the most amount of money, invest the least amount into the people who pay me and take care of my business, refuse to deal with my customers when they take issue with a policies, take advantage of underpaid staff and use scare tactics to get out of responsibilities of business ownership. The staff is amazing. Too amazing to work at that place. If any other storage company is Northern California is looking for an AMAZING TEAM, head hunt these two. They put up with a lot, are not taken care of properly. God bless!!!!

This place is criminal, they are currently extorting money from me and my family, my father passed away and they have locked up my dads unit, send me a form to fill out and then want More money and threatened us with late fees, this has been going on for three months we paid everything they asked and filled out every form they want and they wont release my dads stuff. Nightmare, dont put your stuff in this place, you wont get it back

Filed an FTC and BBB complaint for their collection practices. Avoid this place. No way to pay or change payment methods online or over the phone. Racks up numerous late fees and wont let you make a partial payment to pay the past due amount on your account to catch things up. What they do to place people in a bind if they miss a payment should be illegal.

Horrible place I currently have my things stored here and will be moving out asap! Management lives there looks like they are on drugs and comes out with a beer in his hand.. very unprofessional DONT USE THIS PLACE! RUDE RUDE RUDE LOOK AT THERE RATINGS THEY SUCK FOR A REASON!

Very dishonest management, dont trust these people with your items and personal information, they forced us to pay cash our last month and then pocketed the money and after we got our stuff out they claimed we owed them money. .beware of this place
