I am shopping for a storage space near my area, but decided to stop by this one to ask a few questions. The rep onsite was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as far as what size unit he feels will best fit my needs. Aaron, who was with a customer at the time I arrived, immediately acknowledged me and let me know hed be with me shortly. Unfortunately, this location is a bit farther than what I needed, but I did end up purchasing a moving box-kit so I can get the packing started. Aaron was even kind enough to help get this to my car for me. He was a very attentive and caring individual.

First of all Margaret did have space but she didnt have any deals for me so she on the computer and found me a better deal somewhere else, who does that these days take their money away from themselves in order to help a stranger Wow,Thank You Jesus for once again sending an Angel, not only did you send me her but you also sent Aaron whom is at a different location, when I opened the door he asked me if I were Ms. Simmons and I told him yes and he was was so kind to me and assisted me with everything that I need Thank you once again Father for sending me these Angels

Recently my family needed a bigger storage, and although we didnt want to leave this particular storage, there was a better price not to far away. But the reason why we hated to go is because the young man Aaron who I believes manages, and works at this location has been awesome to me and my family over the last year, and we greatly thank Aaron for his customer service and friendly character.

I called the other day and this lady Andrea was so helpful. She spent almost 30 minutes trying to find a storage that worked for my budget. Her customer service was most professional and her upbeat attitude was just a day lifter. This company is lucky to have an employee of such stature. Visted the storage facility enquiring about the facility. I was greeted by Aaron who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns as far the storage space i need. The place was clean and made me feel comfortable doin business with them.....! New to the area this public storage location staff was much more inviting than others Ive visited. The property manager Aaron was really nice he answered all the ridiculous questions I had based on friends horror stories with renting from other locations, he showed me multiple units and even had suggestions on how to maximize the space! Who can complain about that?

I visit this public storage when Im out this way to pay my bill and there is always a smiling face behind the counter. Mostly Aaron the manager is very friendly and always willing to help. Another gentleman works there also who is helpful. The property is always clean and not the usual people loitering around like some places. I would recommend this place A+

I came to this location to purchase boxes it was right when Aaron was closing and even though it was time for him to go home he still helped me as if it was the beginning of his shift, he carried everything to my car and the second best part of it all I got a good deal due to the large amount of boxes I purchased thanks Aaron

I have no problem with the storage unit or the person that is there when I come in to make a payment, but when the rent on the unit goes up and there is no benefit or reward to me, I have to wonder, why am I storing things I can sell or just put in my garage. So that is my next move. Store it in my garage for free.
