The organization of this business is near perfect. The employees are capable, helpful and competent. The facility is clean and well run. Unfortunately, theres a flaw in their security system. When I arrived last night to park my trailer, there was a man in a van waiting, engine running, on the other side of the gate. He was sitting there as I pulled, slowly, into the lot. If hed had a gate code to leave, I think he would have done so before I blocked the gate. There was also someone parked to the side on the outside of the gate. Both these situations left me thinking that one or both of these parties was trying to sneak in after someone went through the gate. Because my rig is big, after pulling through, I stopped and blocked the driveway, waiting for the gate to close behind me. Heres the catch: you have to be so far from the gate for it to close that another vehicle can easily slip in around behind you, which is just what the man in the van did, after he chided me for blocking the drive and not letting him through, after all, what did I think? He didnt have a gate code? Which is, of course, exactly what I thought and still do.

I have rented a lot of storage places over the years and I have never had to pay a full month when I told them when I was moving on a certain day .. I was told here that u can only pro rate once Im not in a lease agreement !!! I guess in the storage terms you are.. I should be able to pro rate anytime .. So now my bill goes from $600 to $1,350 for two small units. now Im moving on the 15th and basically 15 days will be wasted . On me but not corporate. I will not rent from these large corporate storage places like this place in the future .. They are To rigid not willing to make the customer first.. I have to say that the staff is nice &friendly but they are tied to corporate policy.. Never Again...

When we purchased our motorhome, we stopped by Extra Space Storage to see if there was a space available. We meet David and we really enjoyed his help and showing us potential spaces. We decided on a space but when we tried to park our motorhome, it was really tight. In talking with David again, we found a newer opening that was prefect. David helped us with our paperwork, setting up automatic payments, and was very helpful with finding a better opening. David should win an award for his help, kindness, and assisting customers. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone needing an off-site area for a motorhome, or any large vehicle or boat.

My second visit to this place. First time I explained my needs and left my business card. The person in charge communicated my needs to site manager. I made a call to the manager; he knew about my case; invited me to the storage site. Today, when I walked into the office and introduced myself, I was greeted very nicely. Manage gave me tour and explained the terms and conditions. Based on my impression on these guys and the professional look of the site, I made my decision and rented one of their biggest size storage units. I am impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of these gentlemen; I will enjoy doing business with them.

I was searching for a convenient and safe space to keep my valuables in storage. I had recently moved and was not familiar with much in the area. The Storage location has various noteworthy advantages among them is location next to CALtran station; next to Costco gas station; it is safe and guarded-controlled access; safe and convenient parking; the location is well kept; it is run well operationally in the very capable hands of management; in the person of Mr. David Baccus. If you need security, safely, privacy I would talk to these guys first. They are a one stop shop for your storage concerns.

The staff is always friendly and the facility is very well maintained. They even cut the locks for free for me when i lost the keys. I took a star off because my rent was raised twice in less than a year by a total of about 25%. I dont know if that has to do with the market rates but its certainly not ideal as it makes it hard to plan financially. If they want to raise the rent they should at least do it once a year otherwise its just going to annoy customers. I also suspect theres storage price fixing going on in Silicon Valley. Also their advertised web rate was lower than mine..

Courteous and helpful over the phone and in person. I had to change to a different size unit before committing. Mark helped to locate that unit and cleared out their boxes of supplies for me to move in in time. Their truck for a one time move in usage was free and it saved my time moving in an efficient manner as it was a good size truck, not a van. Storage unit was clean and tidy. Security on premise is great, with entry and exit passcode requirements. Excellent overall!

No reason its not 24hr access, and they have increased the rates twice in 6 months without notifying me. Their listed prices are purely fictional, and will double or more after the first month. Good luck with the "customer service", as my repeated email complaints about the lack of notice regarding the price increase has gone completely unanswered. Will be moving my belongings to another location (anywhere else) as soon as I return to CA.

This place is not only good, its convenient. Its right by my place and there is a Costco behind it. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a guy named Ed Caragan help us and he was very informational and polite. Every employee I have interacted here is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to people I know. The prices are reasonable and the place is clean.

This is my second time renting a storage unit from this location and for me, theres no reason to go anywhere else.
