I used the online easy checkout function to set up the rental of my unit. When I arrived, Diane was able to get everything processed quickly and helped me set up auto-pay. The unit was clean and convenient to access. I came back with a very large moving truck and was thrilled to find out that the property had ample space for manuvering the large vehicle (no having to put it in reverse multiple times just to turn a corner!). A few days after I moved everything in, Diane called to check in and make sure that I didnt need help with anything else, and to tell me that she hopes I have a nice day. That put a smile on my face.

My company rents 10 large units and has been a client at Public Storage Arques for many years. Diane, the property manager, is outstanding. She always watches out for anything suspicious and will go the extra mile, sometimes even on her personal time, to help with any question or issue. Her customer service skills are commendable. What we regret is the fact that the corporate headquarters disregard our "investment" into this Public Storage location and perfect paying records and keep on increasing the rents randomly as if we were a new client renting one unit only.

I needed a short 3 month storage for some furniture and went to this place and was helped by Angela and Peter. Talk about fantastic customer service, I was very impressed. They were friendly and very helpful. The facility looked great, very clean and well cared for. They stepped me thru the forms and agreements and escorted me to the locker and explained everything. When I was finished with my 3-mos rental the exiting process was just as easy. Next time I need storage I am going back to see Angela and Peter because I know I will get great customer service !! I needed a storage area for a short time. Diane worked with me to get the right size locker for my needs and helped me to transition during a stressful time. The units and area was clean,well lit, and secure and I felt safe at night when I was moving and retrieving my belongings. I would recommend this storage area for anyone who desires short or long term storage needs. It is clean, safe, centrally located near major roads and the staff is top-notch. Diane was really helpful and nice. On my first night, I accidently didnt engage my lock and out of ALL the units they have, she noticed it and added her own lock until I had a chance to come back. She also had great advice on how to reduce dust on items stored long term. The units are clean, have lighting, are easy to open, and have lots of room to drive a truck in and get back out. If you need any last minute supplies, they have then right there on site. So far, it’s been a good choice for me!

Wonderful management at this facility. Diane is great and has been very accommodating with helping us reserving our unit at this location. We only needed the unit for less than one month however she has provided amazing customer service from the move in to the move out day! The registration process was very smooth. I absolutely loved the drive up units, and loading and unloading boxes and furniture was a breeze! The unit and property were clean which was something that was important too me!

I visited this location and was helped by Mariela she was an absolute joy to work with from the time I walked in the door, she met me with a great energetic attitude and her customer service skills were impeccable. Not only that, but seeing as how this is my first time paying at a different location than where my actual unit is. I was a bit reluctant but she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and it turned out to be a great experience five star service for sure.

This was my first time renting a storage unit, I was in between moving and didnt have room for all my stuff luckily for myself I found this public storage in my area. The whole experience was a pleasure I got helped by a named Serena and Parvin they were able to answer all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I thought that Diane made the experience five stars. The facility itself is pretty typical of public storage, my unit was adequate I could possibly upgrade to a larger one now that I think about it. However I squeezed in super late and imposed on Diane and she was very accommodating and nice. I would recommend this facility for nothing else than her wonderful customer service.

Serena the manager is great! She helped me make my move go smoothly. I feel reassured knowing that shes there because shes on top of everything. The price for my large unit was considerably cheaper than every other storage facility in the area. So much so that I thought thered be something wrong with it. The staff, Serena, Parveen, and are professional, courteous, but most importantly they are helpful, offering tips on space optimization, boxes, security, and even called. at home to tell me that I had forgotten to click my lock shut on my unit, to me that is "going the extra mile" I have no reservations on recommending this business, and in particular this location.

Although I no longer have a unit here, the experience I had when I did was great. Both Peter and Angela were courteous, informative. The property was clean and well maintained, unlike my current facility (which is closer to where I live). They answered all my questions. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage in the area.
