I moved to Modesto in Jan, called around for a storage unit that would fit my needs. The lady at SPS, Angela, was so friendly and helpful. I knew she had listened to me and was interested in what I was saying to her because she explained to me not only the unit sizes and monthly rental fees but expressed to me that the people at SPS would always be happy to do whatever they could to help make my renting a unit with them a positive experience. So far, I have been to my unit a few times; while there I usually see a SPS person driving around in a cart just checking and making sure everything and everyone is okay. Last visit, I used the bathroom and it was clean. I also had to visit the office and was very impressed with its appearance. The place was extremely clean and organized. I could see the security camera monitors displaying and rotating all the areas of the facility. Most importantly, the lady in the office was paying attention to what I was saying, could tell because of her replies back to me but she was also glancing up at the monitors quite a bit too. The customer service at this facility on Woodland is what I would call “Very People Friendly and more” and I would recommend Woodland SPS to anyone who asks me about renting a storage unit.

I found Mike the manager of Security Public Storage on Woodland to be extremely nice and considerate. He was very thurough and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me and consistently asked if I had any questions. Everthing went smoothly and I had no issues. What was really amazing was they locked in a lower price for 6 months, with an early out option that do not include any penalties or price fluxuation. I was assuming if he got out early they would tack on fees, but no. Amazing, quick fast and friendly service I would highly reccommend this facility to anyone needing quality service. Oh yeah one more thing we used their truck on a saturday, they originally were to allow me to use if from 8am to noon, but when I picked it up they let me use it all day with no additional cost. That really helped as we used it almost all day. Great Service!

I signed up for a storage unit back in April 2015 and Ive been very happy with the services Woodland Security Public Storage has provided. On my first visit, they gave me a guided tour of the facility and showed me the various available units. Once I rented a unit and opted in to automatic payments, Woodland SPS started deducting the amount on the appointed day like clockwork and they follow-up with a payment receipt and invoice immediately by email. Its no fuss, no worries. I also like it that the facility has easy road access -- my stuff is well guarded, but pulling my car in isnt a problem. All in all, Im very glad I chose Woodland SPS and Ill likely stick with them for all my storage needs.

My wife and I have constantly battled over what to keep or toss due to limited storage space in the garage. We had driven by this location several times and researched it through their website. We have always been nervous to use storage due to the possibilty of water damage or theft. We met with the office staff and were immediately impressed with the monitoring systems that were clearly displayed and the amount of security measures on site. We also were glad to see dedicated drainage on site. The unit we rented was extremely reasonable and offers ample storage that allows us access without moving everything each time we visit. I highly recommend this business.

Ive had my storage there for just about 7 years now at the McHenry location. I like that I dont have to worry about whats stored. I feel that its very safe and and secure, their staff is also very helpful and friendly.... plus I love that just in case when I tend to forget and get caught up they give me a reminder call... Im pretty satisfied with this storage.. if there would be 1 thing I could ask for to make it perfect would be some type of promotions or discounts on the rent especially for long term tenants..

Mike & Diana has been tremendously helpful to my mom who has moved back home here from Florida!!! Not only was the price very fair and reasonable but they were very helpful to let my mom deliver most of her belonging to their office from Florida!!! My mom could not thank them enough for their sincerly because they had made her moving alot easier in every helping wat possible!!! Great service & hospitality!!! I strongly recommend anyone to them at that company that need help with renting a storage thru them!!!!

I have to say, this facility is one of the nicest there is. And talk about great customer service! Mike, the manager, is one cool dude. My parents have had storage there since I was a kid and even after my mother passed away, my Pops continued on there and now I brought my business there. Security is great, the office is nice, the grounds are clean and the prices are competitive. I have nothing negative to say. It was a great experience. I am definitely going to refer people I know.

This location has been great! Ive used it and my parents before me. I have always had a great experience and the staff is friendly and helpful : ) The late fees and time you have to pay by are reasonable. Ive had the best experience here! : ) Better than anywhere else in the Valley or the Bay. Way BETTER than "Public Storage" in Berkeley!!! They were awful. lol. This SPS is way better than or any other storage facility from Bay Area to the Central Valley and back! : )

Been renting with them for a few years now..never a problem. Nice people, great service, affordable prices, however last few months i have came across 4 black widows in my unit...is that normal? It freaks me out because i do not want to bring any home. However i came home & there was a spider nest under my fan..dont know if its from the black widows!! I did contact them & they said they are more than happy to fix the black widow problem :)

I used security public storage about a year ago and when I thought I might need storage again I called to see what it would cost me. They had new managers since the last time and even though it was new managers they treated me like family. I ended up getting into the house I wanted and not needing storage again but if I ever do need somewhere to keep my stuff, this is the only place I would ever go!

Ryan and Tina do a great job. Location is clean, organized, secure and well run. We had just relocated to the Modesto area and were very happy to have found this facility. We were given a discount and able to use their little moving van to move our stuff into the clean storage unit. Use of the truck was a valuable perk for us as we only have small cars. I feel that our belongings are safe and secure

I have been utilizing these facilities off and on for over twenty years. It has always been a great place to deal with. Many of the times I was storing belongings there it was because of some difficult and traumatic needs. The people have always been wonderful especially the new owners. Thank you everybody.
