Though very new to Mountain View, I found the place very easily as it is easy to find, parked, and went in as I had called and got a reservation in which they asked about my contact info. One thing to note is that though one dollar to start up for the first month, theres a twenty two dollar start up fee, plus fees that Im unsure about including mandatory insurance, and paying for a couple days to make up for the difference of days to put you into the next month. The total ended up being around fifty six dollars to start up on a 5x5or7 unit. After scheduling a reservation, I got a call from Umer to confirm and was greeted by him upon entering. He promptly locked up and set the away sign to show me the unit that Id be purchasing, gave me the key to it, showed me how the lock worked and the inside of it, then we went to the office for paper work. He was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, taking the time to describe the different parts of the contract. He also gave me valuable information should I decide to check my stuff out before the discounted month runs out of his own consideration. The two times so far that Ive gone to the unit I saw a woman there but if you go on a Saturday, you may meet Umer and have a similar laid back, easy, and friendly experience.

My experience at this Public Storage location has been very pleasant, thanks to excellent customer service from Umer, the location manager. The entire rental process was smooth sailing. Umer patiently went through the available units that would be best suited for my needs, was thorough with paperwork/logistics, and always welcomes customers back with utmost friendliness and professionalism. Moving and transferring your belongings into storage could be stressful, especially under time constraint. I was very pleasantly surprised to have such good experience and service at this Public Storage location.

When you live in a smaller place, a storage unit is sometimes a must. And when you use a storage unit, you want it to be clean, convenient, and safe, both for your belongings and for you while you use it. This storage facility is all of the above; weve had a unit here for two years now, and have nothing but good things to say. Why am I writing a review of a storage unit? Theyre great and all, but there are others, arent there? Well, this one has a particularly great manager--Umer is friendly and helpful, and exactly the kind of person I want and trust to be watching over my things.

Great experience here two years in a row. Umer, the manager, went out of his way to be helpful and friendly.The storage site is kept very clean. We used this site to store my daughters things during summer breaks from college. Since we had such a good experience the first year we returned to the same facility the second year even though it cost a little more the 2nd year. Umer even remembered us from the year before. The great staff, service and clean site was worth it. We will be back again next year.

I cant recommend Umer and his storage location more. I stored my stuff here for almost 4 years, and had a wonderful experience each and every time I went there. The location is clean, safe, and had lots of well-kept hand trolleys for conveniently moving stuff in and out. I always felt very secure knowing my stuff was being looked after by Umer, he was helpful and friendly. If I have to store anything in the Bay Area again, I will certainly be calling up Umer!

Umer has been absolutely amazing. He has always been helpful, courteous and professional. He is very knowledgeable and always takes time to see if I have any questions about the storage unit. I would highly recommend this Public Storage location to anyone looking to store their things. The location is always clean and very well lit and easily accessible to Highway 101 and Highway 85 if you need to get to Highway 280 like I do.

Humer the manager is an awesome resource. Hes helpful and pleasant to chat with. The whole process is quick and easy and with auto payments relatively painless. Thanks for a great experience. The place feels safe and secure. The gate hours are very accessible, and the units are clean. Im sure I would have kept my stuff here longer if I hadnt moved so far away.

Fabulous service from Umer who helped me when I moved in, and later when I needed to switch to a bigger unit, the transition was super easy to do. I didnt go looking anywhere else. The place, is clean and well looked after, and the staff always incredibly helpful, quick and easy to work with. I would recommed this place to any of my friends in a heartbeat.

Location and safety is number one in this facility. And they have a wonderful staff to help you with your needs especially the store manager Umer, whos expert in his job especially when your not totally undecided what size of storage you like he will walk you on it. Now and then I needed a size bigger and they both out extra mile to help me with ny storage needs all the time. A great place to keep your stuff. Very nice and friendly people to work with. Very friendly and helpful. I served here in the military on Moffat field for two years and use this storage twice and mr umer have provided very good services and was always very professional. I recommend this pleace to all military personal in the in Mountain View neighboring communities.

Umer is fantastic! He was in the office waiting for me for our meeting to preview the unit. The unit was clean and everything I needed. He walked me through the paperwork and it only took 20 minutes or so. I would definitely come back to this public storage for any future storage needs.
