I was a customer of this Storquest in San Leandro for about 7 months. It is a good location, easy to get in an out, and secure. I have been impressed that every person from this company that I spoke to was kind and patient, while at the same time efficient and helpful, both at the facility, or at the corporate offices where calls may be forwarded if the attendant is helping a customer at the facility. I was completely satisfied, and will use Storquest again should I need storage. I also attempted to rent a UHaul at this spot, but the sub-contractor was out of the truck size I needed. However, I was called immediately by another Uhaul sub-contractor to arrange the rental and pickup.

Was by there today looking for some space to stor furniture, renovating my home. The place was clean and i was greeted by two lovely ladies. Booked a reservation but it can only be held for 1 week. Needed to move move in beginig of Sept. Manager said i can call to extend. They even gave me tips on how to pack my antiques. I left knowing my stuff will be safe here. Satisfied! Now just need to make my big move!!!! Yikes

We at Pinx Catering have been using Storquest for five years. Why have we stored with them so long? Here are just a few reasons we use their services and recommended you do as well. Anytime there is an issue it is resolved quickly. Always friendly costumer service. Unlike other storage facilities we have used, the are never gone or missing for long periods of time. It is an impeccably clean facility.

I have been a customer of Storquest in San Leandro, CA. Since, a few months ago. The one that is on Davis Street and nearest to Downtown shopping center. Conviently to BART station. I likes this place most, because it is peaceful scenity. The storaging place is all on the ground floor level, it is easy to access in and out to the gates too. The office personel is verry helpful with any questions.

Needed to rent a storage room ASAP and it was almost closing time, manager, I think her name was Cindy/Cynthia (one of those) was able to help find one affordable & quick with less than 30 mins. On top of that, my storage was right when I get thru the gates! First storage facility Ive been to that was very well groomed & professional. HIGHLY recommend this place if you need a storage room quick!

The entire experience was smooth and hassle -free .yvonne is very professional both over the phone or in actual situations. They offer a great deal unlike other storage businesses in San Leandro. The unit has lots of space and also the unit is spacious, Yvonne was super nice and very helpful, Totally recommended if you need a good place for storage thanks storquest you guys are the best!!!!!!!

I have been a customer of Storquest in San Leandro, CA since it was bought from Lock Away Storage. I have been here 8 years now. This is a very convient location for transportation purposes. The space and hours are excellent. The facilities management is superb with customer service and hospitality. You wont go wrong here at all ...................

I was in there yesterday looking for some storage to store my furniture and my bed this young lady help me out a lot she took me out to look at some storage they really clean she was nice enough to show me a couple of them I made my mine and i got a 8 x10 ...so if u what great Service you should definitely go with STORQUEST!!!!!!!!!

as a clutter bug, storquest has really proven to be such a great help to the clutter situations in my home. I have been a customer for 6 years now and the service is great. I have recommended them to most, if not all my friends because I dont believe I would find any deal or service as good as this. this is the go-to storage place.

A little outdated and my unit was infested with mice that made a hole in every box just to see what was inside (and yes, I made sure there was no food in every box in the unit). Also found mice poop/pee on top of everything, even saw a few, one time when I opened the door. Only reason I am there is that it is close to my home.

Everything looked nice at first. On the third day I have a storage full of mice in my belongings. They ate through all my stuff. No matter what I buy to try and keep them out they are still their. Im so fustrated I dont like to go to the storage. Its definitely not worth the $209 that I pay a month.
