I was referred to Evelyn at the San Leandro Public Storage through a friend who was using them and everything he said was right on! I have had many different Public Storage Units over my life and Evelyns property is at the top! She made the process so simple and fast! She was very knowledgable and gave me some really great advice on storing my important belongings... She took the time to explain all the details and walked the property with me! I can tell she takes a lot of pride in managing this public storage and treats it as if she owned it! Which gives me a lot of confidence that my belongings will be safe and if I ever have any issues I know Evelyn will be on the case! So if your in need of a storage unit I highly recommend this Public Storage!

Ive been a customer for 5 months and I received a 18-day notice via letter and e-mails that my rent was increasing from $226 to $272, a 20% increase! Angela has been very courteous on the phone, even giving me the manager, Jose Orneras cell phone and e-mail. In the past 2-1/2 weeks I have left him numerous voicemails and e-mails and have yet to receive a response. As I am out of the country I am completely helpless otherwise I would be emptying my unit at the end of the month. I am very upset that Jose does not have the courtesy to respond to my e-mails and voicemails, and I cant believe Public Storage can get away with a 20% increase. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with this Public Storage facility and the lack of customer service!

This is one place where I actually look forward to paying my bill. The reason for such an odd enthusiasm can be summed up in one word: Evelyn! By far, she is the best part of Public Storage. Evelyns patience, customer service, knowledge and attitude is above and beyond, bar none. Evelyns courtesy and respect (not just with me, I have seen her interact with many other folks, from customers to corporate suits) puts a smile on my face every time along with her stellar sense of humor. The safety and security I feel comes 10 times more from Evelyn, than it ever could from 10 different pad locks. I hope the company can recognize Evelyn for the gem she is in their vast landscapes of facilities.

To Whom It May Concern: I had rented a unit from Evelyn. She was so very nice and helpful. She explained the whole policy. She was so very helpful. With this being said, I rented a unit right away. I left there knowing that my goods will be in good hands. I have rented units before and this was by far the most reasonable and the cleanest storage unit out of all I have ever rented in the past from other companies. I can tell you enough about Eveelyn. On the first day we applied to get our unit, Akiesha was very helpful and fun to talk with. She made sure that she explain to us about the renting process and made sure that the unit clean. she even made the effort to sweep it for us and she even advise us to put cardboard or plastic on the floor to protect our things. After a month we came back to pay our monthly dues and we met Evelyn, like Akiesha, she is also so helpful and courteous in assisting us. We also have fun talking to her. They are both nice and so accommodating. Thank you girls and keep up the good work.

I booked my unit close to closing but still got a call from Evelyn 10 minutes later confirming my move in the next day. She was very helpful and friendly when I met her the next morning. The place was clean and well kept. She showed me around and to my unit. She helped me figure out which package of boxes would best fit my needs. I got a call a couple days later asking about my experience it had been great so far. I moved out a week later and Evelyn came by to say hello and assist me with closing out. It was fast and easy.

Im writing this review for Evelyn, the associate who I received excellent customer service from! From the moment I walked in I was greeted nicely and properly introduced herself and made me feel very welcome. She was very thorough on explaining the policies and other information I was required to know in a quick and professional manner. I can tell you that she has an excellent work ethic and being the first point of contact for customers she makes the business look good with her high level of professionalism!

I have been renting a storage space for nearly 4 years. For the time ive known the manager, Evelyn, she is very "personable,courteous, & professional. Shes always giving me a courtesy call before the 10th of each month coz my business sometimes keeps me away but its always very nice of her to remind me so that i can try avoid the late fees.lol.. She has always kept the property well maintained and Ive had no problems with the storage unit. Thanks "E"..you rock!! ( psst-tell your boss I said you need a raise..)

Moving is never easy, and finding The right place to store your belongings is even harder. Well Ill have to give public storage in San Leandro a big thumbs up, I had a very pleasant experience with Evelyn. She explained everything, showed me where my belongings would be stored and even assistant me with a few extra packing supplies. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and concerns. Thanks Evelyn for your assistance it was greatly appreciated.

I love the service that I receive at this location by Evelyn, the property manager. Evelyn is very professional in every aspect of managing the property. She also cares about her tenants, and goes above and beyond to assist her tenants in any way she can within reason. I feel that my unit and its contents are safe due to Evelyns commitment to keep the property clean and free of any wanders. I would definitely recommend the Marina Blvd location of Public Storage.

My husband and I have had a storage space at this location for almost the past 2 years. Weve received nothing but the best service. Evelyn who is the manager at this location is always very professional, helpful, courteous and pleasant. The facility is always kept clean and orderly. I would recommend this PS location to anyone who is in need of a storage facility on a short or long term basis. It has been a great experience for us.
