Obtaining a unit was an easy and quick process. The folks in the office are always nice and helpful. I received a great deal on the first two months for costs in the Bay area. The facility is clean and secure. I really like the individual alarms on the units as well as the 24/7 onsite management. The only negative I would say is that it is not 100% indoors as I originally thought it would be, but the lot is completely fenced in with a gate access code, cameras everywhere, and the alarms so it still feels safe. The weather is also mild so that hasnt been an issue with my belongings inside. I have not seen any remnants of pests, and the bathroom is always clean when I need to use it. The access hours are also a plus. Overall a great reasonable place with super friendly people running it.

I asked Marybeth and Jeff, "where were you when I was looking for a storage place in 2012"?? Apparently, they started operations after my first search. But, now, with a requirement for a bigger place, I came across them and I am glad I found them! They were professional, friendly, and the facility was clean, well lit, with sufficient hand trucks available for use, and there is a feeling of security! Just like the name says! All these rolled into one word ... excellent ... for a very reasonable rate! Again, I am glad I found them! :-) End your search with Security Public Storage!!

I love this placed. Ive utilized storage facilities for my business and for personal use for two decades now up and down California and all over Arizona. The new team here is incredible...friendly, honest and they know their property. You ask a question, you get an answer. When you see security, they are doing their job, not texting on a phone. The facility is clean, the lights, elevators and carts ALWAYS work and I feel my belongings are secure behind the functional gate that has a reliable keypad that doesnt break down on a regular basis.

This is the best storage facility that I have ever been to. I enjoy the friendly service and the clean facility. The security is fantastic and the hours are really flexible. I especially like the connivence of have a donation bin there on the facility grounds. Makes it all the easier to do a good Spring cleaning.

Started renting a couple of months ago and they made it such a joy to move my stuff in. Helpful staff, really clean and secure facility, and when I drop off payment I can use the after hours drop off, or just hand it to whomever is in the office and they take care of it asap. Really well priced for the area too!

Not a clean place. Filthiest bathroom ever! Theres dried pee on the toilet seat and the trash is overflowing. It was only clean on the day we checked the unit out and rented storage. Since then it appears that theyve stopped keeping the place clean. Floors in the storage area always have gunk and dirt.

The staff are courteous, helpful, and proactive. When we said we might want to switch to a smaller unit, they told us to let them know when so they could let us know if one would be available in the future and when. All are taken now. The facility is easy to access, convenient, and clean.

Storage here is fun, friendly and awesome. Enjoy chatting with Angela and Josh and raiding their candy dish. Very safe, cameras everywhere, motion detectors that are active after-hours. If my garage opens w/o my keying in the entry code an alarm will go off in the office.

Staff is very helpful and provide quick responses. There is only one lane inside the facility and sometimes people will block the entrance during busy hours. Pricing here is better compared to other places for similar unit sizes.
