Scharneyse called me immediately after I completed my online application and walked me through a few more options. She then set up my appointment for later that afternoon. Once I arrived, she gave me a tour of my storage unit, which was spotless, and then walked me through the paperwork. While we were signing the paperwork, she and I started talking about the community and I found her to be extremely insightful and engaging. Shes a native of Oakland and cares about our community as a whole and the neighborhood where I will be storing belongings - this is very important to me because it gave me a sense that this Public Storage was a safe and secure location. I would recommend this PS location to anyone.

The manager at this Public storage is amazing, I have had my unit for a year and have downsized and moved into a smaller unit since then. The manager is always beyond helpful, remembers my name and has helped me find an affordable unit multiple times. Hes pleasant, responsible and honestly I feel safe having my items stored here. Not to mention he remembers everyone so I trust that no one is wandering around the units that he is unaware of. This gives me peace of mind!

Although talking to a.customef support rep on the phone who sold me on a place way too small and way too far away to still be reasonable, the ladies at this location were extremely helpful and kind. The only thing I am bummed about is the nob refundable 20$ lock that you have no need for but most purchase to secure your belongings. You would think they provide you with the locks but none the less this is a good location with caring people.

india was absoluteley wonderful... she thoroughly explained every single detail of my storage rental agreement and made me feel completely comfortable from the gate with her beautiful smile and genuine conversation she engaged in... thinkin about going bak inside and renting another space just because.. dont stop smilin india.. never know who it might touch at just the right time

This review is for Scharneyse Edwards the Property Manager. We have rented a space since 2009. It came to my attention last week that we needed to sign updated documents regarding our rental. When Scharneyse learned that I wasnt able to drive to the property site, she brought the paperwork to me. She went out of her way to offer A+ Customer Service. Thank you Scharneyse!

She explained everything in detail and knew exactly what I needed, she even showed me what I needed to protect my personal items. The mgr., Scharneyse has been the bright spot in my day once a month when l come to pay my bill. I started paying in person years ago just to see Lena, now retired, and Scharneyse has not let me down! -So gracious and helpful - always a smile. This is what customer service is ALL about. Oh, and the facilities are clean and nice, too! Go figure, right?

I was here at this facility yesterday and rented a unit. The property manager Scharneyse was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about this property: and she knows her job. She explained everything slowly and make sure we understood everything. The property was clean and it seems very secure I highly recommend this facility

Lena is the man, such a welcoming smile and very helpful. After 4 years worth of storage, i felt like i was also leaving my friend. I felt safe visiting my storage space and the staff has many cameras inside where they can also keep watch. The only problem i had here was paying my bill on time.
