After researching which storage companies, I chose StorQuest. What sold me was the customer service reviews, which overall were very true for me and my experiences. Needless to say moving is exhausting and they were very helpful in answering my questions and providing help. I had to go up to the desk 3x for different issues and they were very supportive. Overall, as of this moment, and although I hope that I dont need storage again, I will go back to them if I ever storage again. A few pieces of feedback for customers and StorQuest though. 1) ALWAYS see the storage unit. I requested a 5x5 and found out that the units could come in different sizes and that units were more about square footage. The original unit I had on reserve didnt work because it was triangle shaped and would not have fit my large reading chair - although the same size room elsewhere did work more than well enough. 2) The elevator at the San Pablo location works well enough. However, there is an incredibly inconvenient pole outside the elevator that makes using the large dolly a bit cumbersome. Moreover, the elevator doesnt always level on the floor and you might have to go up or down a flight to get the elevator to level. Therefore, while their equipment is nice, not all of their space is completely "modern." 3) The new storage unit on the ground floor was nice. My only wish is that there was more than 1 large dolly to move things because someone else was using it. I couldnt find another one and there didnt seem to be an elevator or easily connecting pathway to the front of the building. I could have asked - I know - but was in a hurry and simply used the u-haul hand-truck that was rented. Hope people can learn from these and StorQuest can do what they can to make their customers experiences better. Again, from my experiences they are very helpful and supportive. This alone makes going to them well worth it - you always know that they will be responsive to your needs and will do the best they can to meet your needs, too!

I made a vow to myself that I wouldnt move my belongings until I purchased a house with a garage. Well, I did it! My precious belongings have been safely kept at StorQuest since 2011. Today was a bittersweet moment vacating my unit, knowing I wont see Christmas and Danielle again. I moved to a larger unit earlier this year and it was such an easy experience. Christmas made sure I had a large enough unit and Danielle made me laugh each time I needed her to assist me on the freight elevator. I have seen the many staff changes over the years at StorQuest - this team is by far the best in customer service and professionalism. My father was a Bekin customer years ago and this is why I chose this location. One might say its old and not as modern as others in the area... That is true, but if cleanliness and customer service is important to you, this is the place to be. Besides dust from many years of storing my belongings, I was so happy to see no critters and rodents when I moved my belongings. Yes, there are some storage facilities that have vermin - but this place is not the case. Christmas, Tanata (sp?) and Danielle - thank you for your friendliness, superb customer service and laughter. To upper management - please ensure your staff are not left alone, this isnt the best neighborhood. Also, how hard is it to provide a restroom? As an HR professional I can tell you, good employees are hard to retain. Please do your best to retain this group---they are great!

I have been storing my things here for the past year and I have my things have been ruined due to flooding in their basement this-disappeared right after I moved in back in 2015 I was informed that they were working on the water damage as well as the roofing I received a phone call that stated that there is flooding in the basement once again due to water retrieving from underground come into the facility yesterday to notice that more than half of my unit is damage I contact the insurance company as well as the district manager I have not been able to receive a call back from either one the insurance company let alone the district manager the staff here is very passionate and willing to help out but I understand they can only do so much not trying to bash the company I have had great service overall but something has to take place I contact the district manager a total of four times left two messages he has not. Returned not a single call or message to myself what kind of district manager does that I guess someone that does not care the staff at the facility is working with me is best if they cant even trying to help rearrange the unit and transfer my thing just saying if I reach out this way maybe the district manager will follow back with me I noticed that the company has many Google reviews it looks as if thats their go to point to retrieve in Irmo customers so lets just see if this message gets out to hire management to take care of their great customers

I called in StorageQuest on San Pablo and spoke with, I believe his name is Albert. He was so helpful, and I really appreciated his professionalism. I told him I would stop by the store later to check out an available unit. When I walked in was greeted and assisted right away. Yvonne welcomed me to her desk and addressed every concern and question I had. Also I was able to meet Albert. I ended up speaking with a Ms. Danielle because I wanted to let management know how pleased I am with their service. I am coming from Public Storage looking to move into another storage place. I was mistreated by Public Storage, so it is so refreshing to come to a company that provides A-1 customer service and quality storage. So I want to shout out the Amazing team @ Storage Quest on San Pablo. Thank You for GREAT Service!

While I never thought that having a storage unit would be a nice or positive experience, the lovely people at Storquest proved me wrong. I just moved out today after six months, and the entire time I was there I received nothing but excellent service and all of the help that I needed! My unit was clean and easy to access, getting movers in and out or loading the freight elevator was no hassle at all, and getting set up and moved out was about as painless as it could be. The area can be a bit dicey, but the rates are good and the people here made it worth it. I have to give a shout out to Christmas, who is one of the most genuinely nice people I have ever met in my life, and always made me feel welcome and helped me with whatever I needed when I visited my storage unit.

Yvonne is a great asset to this company as she helped me with any and all questions I had on renting a storage unit. I will always suggest this company for storage needs to family and friends because of the great customer service provided. But that girl Danielle is very rude she cusses at you for leaving the elevator door open also she is just so so rude she kick you off of the property for know reason because she is mad .But every one else there is very nice and kind and they listen to you and help you out so much .Thanks to every one there that help me and listen to my problem there if you do rent here be aware of Danielle she is very rude .
