If you are looking for a storage facility which monthly storage rates increased from $55 to $81 in little bit over 2 years and would of been $89 it I did not move at the end of the month, facility loses your rental contract and wants you to come in to sign a new contract, left the storage unit unlocked after more likely than not a disgruntled ex-employee removed your unit and other units being a renter off the system, and attempted to damage yours and other renters units at the facility, then I would highly recommend this facility. If not, then I would shop around for other storage facilities.

When i came to Extra Space Storage I was trying to find any storage because I needed to move out ASAP . I called and went to see the space. i was met by Rick who was the nicest most helpful person. He explained what was available and helped me get a space that day. the first month was free. I had not trouble with Extra space storage even though i was there longer than I intended to be. When it was time for me to move out I had a problem or two I needed to work out. Rick again was very kind and helpful. If I every need a storage again Extra Space would be my first choice.

A couple weeks ago as I was moving things from my unit. I accidentally dropped my wallet and was completely unaware. The very next morning management left a message stating to come by the office because of something that I left at the facility. When I arrived, Devin had found my wallet! Not only this is a great place... it has a great team that proves above and beyond my expectations. Keep up the excellent work Extra Space Storage Team!!

This place is top notch. Rick is so professional and friendly and after you meet him you know he cares that things are secure and safe. He goes the extra mile....he actually walks the property every day to make sure things are locked. He noticed i did not lock my unit correctly so he secured it and called me right away. I cannot recommend Rick and Extra Space enough. 5+ stars.

Units were very clean, and well maintained. Price was a bit high after my introductory rate was over however the introductory rates were pretty nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is in a somewhat secluded area so it makes you feel at ease with having your valuables here. Would definitely rent here again if I needed to.

We recently bought a house and needed extra space to store some items while we sort things out, made reservations for a 10x15 unit, met Rick over the phone he made an appointment for next day, we met and took care of everything for me to rent the unit, very kind and caring and professional he answered all my questions. ¡Thanks Rick!

The manager, Rick, couldnt be more professional, knowledgeable and accessible. His professional yet friendly demeanor assured me my storage needs were meet to the fullest. Im pretty "anal" about customer service and from my experience Rick deserves 5+....the facility is super clean and orderly.
