My dad and i called many places but this place just made us feel confortable .they explain to you with patience they showed you the storages they have nice staff ,Mike is a nice proffesional guy.we thank him for having a lot of patience with us.also we love that you have to use a password when u arrive and have to put a password when you leave ,its a secure place. great place i recomend it also they are very clean everytime we go its always clean.

By far the best customer service I have ever received from any business in the Hayward area, not just storage companies. The staff was patient, cheerful, welcoming, and overall a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend this to all of my friends and family. Found Saf Keep Storage on line. Checked rates against several other storage places, and they had best prices for the size I was looking for. Booked online. Went to office when they opened. Lindsey made it easy and quick to get paperwork done. all units are ground floor. No stairs or elevators. Staff friendly and helpful.

Just recently rented a unit. The space is clean & well lit- feels safer than other storage places Ive been to. Rates are reasonable. Only possible down side is closing at 6:45 or 7:00 pm- if I could I would have later access hours. No deal-breaker obviously! Oh and the staff seems very nice so far.

In the roughly 5 years I have been dealing with Saf Keep Storage in Hayward I have not had any issues with the site or the staff at the site. I was able to get use of their moving van without any problems The staff has always been helpful and courteous to me.
