Was in need of a safe and secure storage facility as I am moving back to the Bay Area. This storage isnt the closest to my new house but when I walked in and the lady Cody working there greeted me and explained everything well I was comfortable on locking my belongings up at this facility. As far as the vibe I received at 5 other storage facilities in the area I visited, I was not comfortable at all and walked out. Thanks Cody for helping make this move a little more relaxed feeling that my belongings are safe.

After having a previous bad experience, at a another public storage, decided to call in and was extremely surprised by the awesome person that answered the phone, maya not only was extremely accommodating, but helped in our decision in picking a unit that would best suit our needs. Once we went in to get the unit, she was even better in person, awesome customer service skills, and shows true sincerity for what she does. Definitely chose the place because of her. Yesterday afternoon I went in for some information & while there I was assisted by a Miss Jeanette who went above & beyond to make sure I left with no questions unanswered. This location is most convenient for me however, as shown, not all reviews are good ones yet & I wanted to get a feel for the place. It isnt easy to find a place where you feel comfortable leaving valuables & walking away however employees such as Miss Jeanette definitely make it a breeze!

WHY 1 Star BECAUSE I HAVE TO. THERE DESERVE A 0 .You would be better off keeping your belongings outside. Unless, you want ur items covered in mouse/rat feces and urine. I cannot blame the girls in the front, they just work there. But, management could care less. I have left 5 messages and have never received a return call. I informed someone across from my unit the day I moved my stuff and he stated he found 3 dead baby mice in his shoe. YUK!

I was greeted with a warm welcome by an employee named Cody. She was very attentive and helped me through the process of renting a storage space. She explained everything and really went the extra mile with customer service. I was extremely pleased with the sizable locker I chose, and at a very reasonable price too. Will be going back for any storage needs as well as referencing this place to friends and family. Thanks again, Cody!

Briana was so awesome if she is not a manager she sure damn better be. . Granted I was late on my payment she was so understanding nice with a smile and listened to me and my problems. Granted I still paid the full amount the point is she didnt have to listen but she did she is Good at her job. She needs a raise. And she is helping me get into a smaller storage. Im happy. Thanks Briana ur great

The relief manager named Dana was excellent and she had completely awesome service in fact I dont think Ive ever met someone who was quite so nice to everybody that walks in and out the door. If youre going to come the public storage ask for Dana you will not be disappointed. And even though her name her name is spelled as Dana its actually pronounced Donna dont make the mistake show a little respect.

Nice clean place but the management leaves a clock stating how long until they return to the office And I have had to wait way past that time Frame just to pay my monthly bill. A few other months theres been no sign in the Window at all. ... like I said- I only come once a month ..it shouldnt be such a hassle to pay my bill , And I sure shouldnt have to come back And hope theyre available. Not cool

Cody and Nadine are the best!! They didnt have the exact size I wanted but they helped show me how my items will fit well into the size that they did have. I was able to put all of the stuff I had in the storage after a little bit of Tetris just like they told me. Thanks girls for being so helpful! And saving me some money with the smaller unit!

Thank goodness Im never let down, this place is great I love bryanna and how she keeps me updated good customer service. I have rented many units in my past at different storage places but as long as they keep up there choice of good management like bryanna this will always be my go to for extra storage! I totally recommend this place.

Briana was really helpful for me and our company. She set us up very quickly with a space and helped a driver we hired to move some equipment to the space find it and then locked up the doors for us and gave me the key later that day. She is very helpful and very nice to work with. She is a real asset to Public Storage.

Cody and Maya were wonderful to work with, I have rented at this place before and also had a good experience that is why I came back. They are polite and caring and offer great customer service and are always cleaning and talking with people outside making sure they have a good experience!

Friendly and responsive staff. Briana was great with dealing with any issue I raised. Facility was clean, and it was nice having a centrally located restroom!!!. My door strap broke, and I forgot to mention it to the facility. When I returned a week later a new strap had been installed.
