We shopped around Martinez, Pacheco and Concord, and very wisely selected choosing Security Public Storage in Martinez for our 5x10 unit. The management (especially David) were helpful every step of the way, including showing us the unit, explaining all the storage and contractual details, and offering us discounts. Since our biological and archaeological consulting business (Condor Country Consulting, Inc.) is based in Martinez and needs 1) storage space for all of our field supplies, and 2) to be open odd hours to accommodate our varying work hours, Security Public Storage in Martinez with its many unit sizes available, located right by the freeway, and open long hours, was a perfect fit. We just renewed our lease to continue storing here, and yes, the staff and the discounts continue to be much appreciated.

Great storage place. I garaged my semi-classic car here for a year before I purchased a garage to house it. Car stayed clean and mouse-free. Clean drive-up units, good security, great on-site management. The location is convenient, just off highway 4. The driveway can be a bit tricky but I had no trouble getting a large moving truck in here, just watch out for traffic on the way out. Once inside its easy to maneuver, and you can park your vehicle directly in front of your storage-- no carts to wheel around like the warehouse places. If I ever need storage in the area again, this will be my first stop.

The office staff is always nice and helpful. The accessibility of the storage units is great. They are convenient and easy to get to in order to sort through your things. I looked at another place before finding this one but they were indoors w/ no lights! And they didnt want you to sort through your storage unit! But Security Public Storage is different. They offer great deals and they want to help you get into a smaller storage unit if possible. Best of all, the staff is extremely nice and helpful; I know I said that already, but it is so the truth!

We stopped in here today on our search for a clean, secure, and affordable storage unit for our move. This was the first place we came but upon meeting the owners and seeing the space and units, we didnt need to go anywhere else. The customer service was some of the best Ive received from any business and we felt like all our belongings would be safe, secure, and clean. I highly recommend them if you need a unit in this area, and maybe even if its a bit out of the way, the distance would be worth it for the piece of mind and hospitality!

Its always a pleasurable experience when I visit Martinez Public Storage. Whether its to move stuff in and out my storage building or just stopping by to pay my bill. The managers and the folks that run the business are always so pleasant and helpful.....plus the place is so clean and rodent free! I say that because my last storage place wasnt! Also the location is perfect - its secure, close to home and has a great view of the historic BNSF train trestle and the beautiful Alhambra Hills.

I came upon security public storage right in the middle of their transition to new management - i have to tell you, i have been nothing but pleased at the level of service they provided. When i needed to hire help to move things around, they were able to direct me to the approriate resources. They are helpful, knowledgeable, but most of all, one of the nicest people i have ever met. Thanks! for making my experience with storage a positive one!!!

Very friendly management and local Martinez business. Location is easy to find, right off the freeway. Tight security (cameras, code for gate, on site management). They offer deals for new and current renters. Easy payment options ( visit website). Well kept establishment and very clean. I have had a great experience and I still do and would recommend them to anyone needing a storage place. Thank you for your services.

Everything was PERFECT! I was going through a transition in my life not that long ago and didnt need any more headaches! The new managers Paul and Gail couldnt have been nicer; they made me feel like family. The facility is clean and very well lit, I felt safe when I was there and I felt good about leaving my stuff under the watchful eyes of the great security system. Bottom line, highly recommended.

As you all know, moving can be very stressful especially when its your first time moving out and having to find storage facility. I was in overwhelmed mode, until I looked at Security Public Storage. The workers at the Security Public Storage made me feel more at ease about the whole situation. If you are in need of a storage unit, I highly recommend using the Muir Station Public Storage.

As a tenant at Security Public Storage in lovely Martinez California, the word that comes to mind is Excellence. The management staff is very helpfull, friendly and professional. The storage units are kept clean and in good condition. The facility is located right down the hill from Nobb Hill Foods and Starbucks in a wooded setting. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The Elderly Lady Is Extremely Rude And Not At All Helpful Or Customer Friendly ~ Tried To Overcharge For The Unit ~ Tells You One Thing Than Totally Goes Back On What She Told You A Few Days Before. Made Things Much Worse Than They Actually Were....Would Not Recommend This Place To Any Of The People I Know! Owners Should Consider Replacing Her As A Manager.

From the start, this storage facility and the managers have been great and very helpful. The location and hours are convenient, and it is always very clean. Have had no concerns about security, and it is reassuring that the managers live on site. You also receive your own PIN to access the gate which turns on and off the alarm for your unit.

I cant say enough good things about Gail and Paul King. Ive been a tenant here for a number of years and have always been pleased with the level of personal service. Gail and Paul go above and beyond to assist me. The facility is always clean, well maintained and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to do business with them.

Ive been very pleased with the quality of this facility and the high level personalized service extended by the managers, David and Catherine. The facility is very secure, the managers are available, helpful and very friendly. I have never had any surprises or negative experiences. I highly recommend this facility!!

The managers at Security Public Storage makes the experience of renting storage easy. The access hours are better than other storage facilities in the area. I visited other 2 other facilities in the area and Security Public Storage is by far cleanest and most secure which gives me peace to store my belongings here.
