My wife and I have been using this storage for some time now and have referred my family to use them. They have great prices for the level of service. Debbie, the onsite manager, is very helpful every time we go. She has gone way above and beyond to accommodate the times we have to rent a new storage unit. Oh and they let you use the moving truck for FREE when you rent a unit which is definitely a plus! Honestly that sealed the deal for us.

Joyce is always a big help she answers all my questions. She also speaks very kindly when you dont understand something. I always feel at ease and never rushed when I call. I have used a few Storage pros in the bay area; Oakland is by far the best one thanks to Debbie and Joyce. Debbie and Joyce have the best customer serves that I have seen in a long time; they will not hesitate to help you to the best of their ability. The place is always kept clean. If ever I need a Storage pro Oakland would be my first choice.

Its like this, my experince with storage pro was and still is a real nice feeling had an close relative pass on a couple of years ago and need storage right away Debbie and crew took care of us real professionally, the free truck and location of the business were extremely cool n clean and by the way the cookies are good.

The facility is always clean and I feel like my things are safe. The service is phenomenal, Debbie is always there with a smile to answer my questions and she even let me borrow equipment, like dollies! I am so glad I picked Oakland StoragePro over other storage facilities!

I just want to say, that Debbie at the OAKLAND STORAGEPRO is a very nice Lady.She walked us around the property and answered all of my questions. The place is always so nice, neat and clean. If you need storage go to Storage PRO,Its the place to go. IT WORK FOR ME.

Storage Pro is conveniently located near the Oakland Airport. Debbie Rico and her lovely assistant, Anastasia, were very professional and quite friendly. They were very accommodating of my storage needs and service was efficient and satisfactory.
